I had the worst experience with the reception and manager , Amjad !
I was giving the options not them !
Then i gave up and paid for an extra room
And he told me it will be ready by 3pm
I came back at 4pm and he said i didnt promise to give it to u at 3 !! Very professional he kept changing his words and didnt keep any !
The towel guys the pool on the first day they told me to go and get the towels by myself
And on the second day he went to get them and never came back !!
I woke up in the middle of the night looking for a tissue box and realized there is not any in the room !!!
I can talk till tomorrow , but i just wanted to advice the people who are going to relax not to go to this hotel as it was so stressful for me !
