Not recommended at all , Not really clean for a 5 star hotel also the reception staff not really friendly and they give a price then they change it depending on their mind

كل الشكر والتقدير لجميع طاقم العمل، وبالأخص السيد عدي وعبدالرحمن وصدام، على حسن الاستقبال والمهنية العالية في التعامل. كانت إقامة رائعة جدًا، وخدمة مميزة تستحق التجربة والتكرار. كما كانت مسابح الفندق ممتازة جدًا، والغرف على درجة عالية من النظافة والترتيب، مع إطلالة جميلة، تجربة رائعة بكل تفاصيلها، وبالتأكيد سنكررها مرة أخرى.
Staff responded very promptly to our concerns relating to room.
Breakfast was excellent and Malek A and Omar K have clearly delivered a wonderful service.
Manager Laith N was also excellent in alleviating any queries.
On our checkout Oday was wonderful in the process.
The staff were all 10 out of 10 in their professionalism and proactive, kind manner.
The Mexican Club on 5 Restaurant did excellent food. The burger was truly one of the very best.
Nothing in particular because concerns were so proactively addressed!
