The hotel location is very convenient. The staff is very professional and helpful. We were given a non-smoking room with a smell, Rakan at the reception immediately took action and changed the room and followed up on the issue even the next day. Also Marwan’s service at the breakfast was exceptional. The service was beyond expectations. Would visit again
