An excellent and very comfortable hotel. My stay was outstanding in every way. What impressed me the most was the warm welcome and the professionalism of the staff. The reception team was truly exceptional—friendly, helpful, and always eager to ensure guests were comfortable.

I have stayed in many hotels, but honestly, I have never experienced this level of service and hospitality. My sincere respect and appreciation to Sheraton Amman. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Despite the pool situation but its not a human mistake therefore its a perfect place for a getaway
