Great location
Pros:

The main bathroom had no towels. We were only staying for 1 night so it wasn't a problem as there were more towels in bathroom 2.

Couchs could do with being cleaned

Pros:

The location, it was in town and close to everything, within walking distance but still quite, was able to get a good night's sleep without being woken up by traffic noise.

Cons:

Reception called me around 4:50pm to ask what time I was checking in, and I explained what time I would be there (which would be another hour around 6pm) and they told me that's ok, they'll wait until I arrive but if I arrive later then 8pm they won't be there to check me in because they finish at 8pm. I explain I won't be too long and will be there in another hour, I then get a text message at 6pm while I'm literally on my way to the accommodation telling me they wont be there and I would have to self check in. I had trouble checking in and the receptionist at the Park Regis City Quays wasn't very helpful initially, she just handed me the keys and didn't explain anything to me, didn't even ask me for ID before giving me the keys to the accommodation. After getting lost and confused I'd gone back to ask for help, which she did but she could've helped at the start when I first checked in, it would've made things a whole lot easier.

Also some of the doors in the accommodation are not user friendly and not practical like the doors to the bathrooms and toilets. One of my kids even hurt their fingers trying to close and lock the door to the toilet and bathroom.

Very clean, airy and comfortable apartment. Perfect location for visiting the convention centre. Great breakfast included a short walk away at Chambers.

Couldn’t work out a way to lock our front door.

Basically, we loved our stay and would return in the future.
