Viel Platz in Toplage
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Bahnhof mit Tramhaltestelle. Zu Fuß in 10 min am Marktplatz. Autoparkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Großes Apartment mit Lift im 4. Stock und 4 Betten, funktionale Küche, passables Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal.

"Очень хороший завтрак" Не может быть сухим пайком с просроченными и испортившимися продуктами! На ресепшене заявили, что сами принесут завтрак в 7-30. И не принесли его. Пришлось самим идти на ресепшн. Половицы в номере скрипят. В ванной видны следы потопа на стенах. "Очень хороший интернет " так и не подключился на один телефон. На другом телефоне еле грузились картинки в мессенджерах. Расположение удобное, рядом с ж-д станцией. Правда на ресепшене минут 10 никого не было. ..

Cons:

Brak parkingu, mimo że obsługa klienta telefonicznie informowała o możliwości wykupienia dodatkowej usługi parkingu, realnie nie było możliwości zostawienia samochodu aby podejść do hotelu.

2. Hidden reservation conditions not mentioned at all beforehand. You see “No prepayment is needed” when booking the apartment but the property blocks the full cost on your card 7 days before check-in.

1. The heavy smell of Indian restaurant comes to the hall of “Standard Apartment” on the 1 floor from everywhere, even through the ceilings.
2. The property doesn’t fix the maintenance problems accumulated over time. The shower head is faulty. Springs protrude from the sofa-bed mattress.

2. Hidden reservation conditions not mentioned at all beforehand. You see “No prepayment is needed” when booking the apartment but the property blocks the full cost on your card 7 days before check-in without prior notice and threatens to cancel the reservation if transaction fails.

Cons:

The heavy smell of Indian restaurant comes to the hall of “Superior Apartment” on the 3 floor only from the stairs. There is no smell in the living room if the door from the hall is closed. Don’t keep your coats in the apartment hall.
