The best place to stay in Labasa!
Pros:

The staff were excellent and the poolside bar seating and tables provided some respite from the bustling markets nearby

Cons:

Some of the other guests were a bit loud and woke early, making it difficult to get a full night’s sleep - we could have moved if we’d been staying longer so wasn’t a big thing.

It was ok for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Location was perfect but wasn't able to have breakfast.

Cons:

There were 2 of us but only 1 towel given. The tap head was broken and it took us a while to figure out how to use. The bedding looked old.

While the location is good, the property needs to improve in providing better amenities. I had a lot of disappointment.

Location is good.close to town and places that I visited.

Cons:

The old wing was where l initially booked, very basic. No tissue box, 2 different types of cups, plastic spoons. No paper/ hand towel in bathroom to wipe hands. Staff have to be told few times for same things. Upgraded to apartment which also had issues with washing machine. Power circuit tripping. Again basic things, no paper towel, no tea spoons, stained pots.

Friendly and kind staff.
Pros:

REception staff was very nice. Felt very welcome.

Housekeeping staff made up the room even after I forgot to take out the do not disturb sign. Appreciated coming back to a clean up room.

Cons:

Toilet was leaking all night. Needs to be looked at.

Pros:

Location. Close to the town, shops, market and restaurant

Cons:

Breakfast. You only get limited coffee or tea. No buffet for tea and coffee. If you don't eat egg, then you will only get 2 slices of bread and a cup of tea or coffee.

Pros:

The location of the hotel, situated in a very convenient place.

Cons:

The room facilities seem to be very outdated and water kept cutting off in the shower causing great difficulties. Online booking platforms should accurately reflect the new wing rooms so that travllers can choose wisely rather than being asked to pay extra for an upgrade at the counter.
