Pros:

The location of the hotel, situated in a very convenient place.

Cons:

The room facilities seem to be very outdated and water kept cutting off in the shower causing great difficulties. Online booking platforms should accurately reflect the new wing rooms so that travllers can choose wisely rather than being asked to pay extra for an upgrade at the counter.

The hotel room is very clean, we lived in the old room. And it really exceeded our expectations. Especially the reliable

The stay was good enjoyed the weather the town
Pros:

Breakfast was great my daughter was 2 year old I received she stays for free therefore automatically she will have an entitlement to Breakfast but I was told I would get only 2 servers for myself and my husband.I had to pay for my daughter's Breakfast.
On our way to town I saw the staff who were serving us breakfast sitting on the guests area to have tea.
The tea and coffee were cold and fruit cuts were to small breakfast not worth $9. 50 which I paid for.

Cons:

I did not like the customers service. No good communication it was our first time in Labasa.

Easy check in , upgraded to a deluxe room , lovely room

Cons:

Occupants by the poolside making noise until late , drunk and rowdy guests , some blocking the path to the room. Maybe have an allocated area for smoking as the smell of suki was coming into the room because they were drinking grog right outside the room.

Water pressure was low .

Great central location, friendly staff

Cons:

Wanting to take showers there was either no water or no hot water. We had to call the front desk several times before being able to take a shower. Also booked a room for 4 people and there were only beds to accommodate 3. Had to talk with management to not get charged for another mattress to accommodate my family of 4 as they said “one kid sleeps in the queen size bed with you”. It took a lot of convincing to not be charged for a mattress for my kid. So be extra careful to check the ROOM PHOTOS and BED COUNT before booking your room.
