Excellent staff, very convenient location, twin room beds don't have a gap between them to get out
Pros:

Extremely polite and welcoming staff - the best of our 1 month tour. Stored our luggage until check-in time, allowing us to explore the nearby city stations area. The location near to the bus terminal and 2 rail stations was very convenient, so getting to and from areas of interest was easy. There is a convenience store next door. The locals we encountered in Gifu city were very nice to tourists. The room was modern and clean. Coin laundry was available.

Cons:

Average breakfast. In our twin bed room, the beds were pushed together against the wall - the only way out was to climb off the end. To push the beds apart you first need to move the furniture across the room to make enough space. Not at all well thought out room design, so we struggled to store and open our suitcases.

全体的には満足です！
Pros:

清潔感があり快適でした

Cons:

ウォーターサーバー？があるのでしょうか？お部屋にデカンタがあったもののウォーターサーバーから入れてくる用なのか、お部屋の水道から入れてくるものなのか、チェックインからチェックアウトまでスタッフと非接触だったのでよく分からなかったです。
他のホテルではエレベーターを降りたところにウォーターサーバーがあるので、デカンタはそれ用とわかりますが、このホテルはその点分からずでした！

11階でした。中心部なのに車の騒音も全く聴こえなくて最高でした。

宿泊させて頂くのですから、駐車場代金は無料にしてほしかったです。

Pros:

離JR岐阜站走路約10分鐘，離名鐵岐阜站很近(走路約3分鐘)，房間很大、櫃台很熱心，我們只待了一晚，但感覺很不錯。
