Guests under the age of 21 can only check in if traveling as part of a family.

Please note that entry to the Welcome SPA facilities are not included in the room rates and costs SEK 395 per person for three hours. Minimum age to enter the Welcome SPA is 16 years old.

Please note that breakfast and access to the Welcome SPA are not included in all room rates. Be sure to check what is included in your specific booking. Our SPA has an age limit of 16 years at all times except for the first session on the day of departure when we allow potty-trained children to enjoy a calm bath between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. SPA access includes 3 hours. Available time slots are 9:00 AM-12:00 PM, 1:00 PM-4:00 PM, 4:30 PM-7:30 PM, and 8:00 PM-11:00 PM. Please note that some SPA times may become fully booked as space is limited.

Breakfast can be purchased for 150 SEK per person if it is not included in your booking.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

The staff were good all the time.

Cons:

Very less range of food items. Even doesn't found much fruit options. Being indian nothing much for me yo eat there.

Also charges and room sizes are really not matches with prices. Bathroom are very small and comparatively cost was very high

Pros:

Kleines, schönes Zimmer. Die Lage zum Bahnhof war super, somit die Fahrt nach Stockholm Zentrum super gut möglich. Frühstück sehr lecker. Kleines Badezimmer, aber ausreichend.

Cons:

Nyckelkortet för att komma in på SPA-avdelningen fungerade inte trots att vi både via mail och i receptionen vid incheckning meddelat när vi ville SPA:a. Löstes dock i repan men ändå irriterande...

Pros:

Хотелот е на супер локација, веднаш до железничката станица на Баркарби. Само 3 минути пеш и цел Стокхолм ти е на рака. Хотелот е модерен, сѐ беше како што треба, посебно појадокот. Добиваш повеќе опции и доколку нешто се намалува, вработените веднаш реагираат и носат нова чинија. Нема голема комуникација со вработените и доколку ти треба нешто, тогаш доаѓаш во контакт со нив.

Cons:

Рецепцијата е малку ограничена за седење и не можеш да седиш за време на вечера или ручек. Имаш само неколку столчиња, што се комотни доколку чекаш некого. Има друштвени игри. Столчето и работната маса во собата не се најдобри, но сепак се добри за кратко време.

Firade min 80-årsdag på restaurang på L:a Essingen Blev mycket lyckat.f
Pros:

Bor alltd på WH (säkert 20:e gången) då vi besöker Sthlm.
Därav bra betyg.

Cons:

Tjejen i res missade att lägga in vår förbesrällning av taxi.
Förmodligen ovan. Blev mycket frustrerande. Efterföljande personal kunde inte spåra att beställningen fanns.

Alle tiders opphold:)
Pros:

Frokosten var nydelig. Betjeningen var hyggelige. Det var rent og fint der. Følte at jeg kunne sitte i fred og nyte frokosten.

Cons:

Søppelbøtten på badet var ikke tømt, men det går helt fint. Jeg forståt at det går ann og glømme. Rommet og badet var ellers veldig rent og pent.

Bättre än förväntat!
Pros:

Städat, fint rum med öppningsbart fönster. Sköna lakan. Trevligt badrum. Fräscht gym. Stor tv, större än på de flesta hotel. Välfyllda produkter i badrummet. Gratis parkering precis utanför.

Cons:

Jag önskar lite mer hälsosamma produkter till frukosten. Det fanns mycket fin chark och ost mm.
