not accommodating & pool was ICE COLD
Cons:

Requested close rooms/conjoined & they replied saying they could accommodate that but when we arrived they said they could not. I dont understand why they would say yes before they knew if they could. Also indoor pool was ICE cold.

It was perfect for our travel needs, clean and comfortable and close to our venue.
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and accommodating to our needs. The rooms were comfortable and very clean.

Cons:

There was no microwave in the room and with my reservation, it mentioned free breakfast although I didn't see any free breakfast offered. Also, the walls very a little thin (noise).

Terrible experience, will not go back to another Marriott Hotel
Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

We were stuck in elevator for 25 min. Went to room, Tv did not work. Moved to a different room w no hot water. Was given complimentary breakfast and dinner that we were not able to use. Was told the bar opened at 5. We waited to have a drink before leaving for the event and when we went to bar at 5:10 magically they couldn’t serve alcohol on that friday. Horrible stay and unconcerned staff

Pros:

Staff were super friendly and I loved our room.

Cons:

The breakfast that the hotel boasts online is not free. It should of us be mentioned it's like a restaurant and a bit pricey.

Fun, and full of adventure.
Pros:

I loved the pool I thought it was great and surprisingly warm for indoor water! I also love the architecture it’s very modern and it feels almost like walking through the Wexner center.

Cons:

The only things I really disliked were the lack of a microwave and the fact that we didn’t get an outdoor balcony other than that the place is perfect.

Room was nice other than the tub, facility was nice other than a falsely advertised breakfast and dinner.

I was told each morning and night there was no breakfast or dinner available. My room 406 has a bathtub that doesn’t drain. I let the desk know every morning before I left yet everyone time I showered the tub filled up…..4 nights and 4 mornings.
