Residence Inn Providence Coventry

This hotel exceeded expectations!
Two of us were on a road trip of New England and chose this hotel for its central location for activities in Rhode Island & Connecticut. The location was PERFECT! It is close to the freeway (but far enough away) and there are nearby stores, restaurants & gas stations.
The front desk personnel were friendly & helpful. The lobby is huge and well-appointed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a variety of items offered each day. There was even a party hosted in the lobby by the hotel on one night of our stay.
There are several gas grills outside in a lovely area for those wanting to grill.
Our room was a 1-bedroom king and it was huge - the size of a small apartment with a 2-burner stove, microwave, kitchen sink, stocked cabinets with plates & glasses, forks & knives, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher.
The room was spotless, as was the bathroom. Our room was at the back of the hotel and we had zero street noise. All of this at reasonable rate.
I highly recommend staying here when you are in the Providence/Newport/CT area.

Just an amazing hotel experience, starting with the charming Christina on the Front Desk who got us right into our room on arrival. It was a 3-night stay so we wanted the comfort and space in the wonderful 2-Bedroom/2-Bath Suite (Tub in the Queen, Shower in the King). While the windows do not open, the view out them is spectacular from our Room 216 on the back side of the property. There is a Fitness Room (with free weights) and indoor pool (with loads of towels). Adjacent is the Laundry Room ($3 wash, $3 dry, credit cards only). And breakfast is just plain delicious, with dishes varying each day — including scrambled eggs, ham and cheese breakfast croissants, sausage, bacon, small box milk cartons and fat-free Greek yogurt. We are so grateful for the royal Bonvoy treatment we received from Sales Director Kathleen who many weeks before our arrival helped us select the perfect room for what turned into a very, very enjoyable stay here in West Greenwich.

Clean pool clean room nice staff

Stacey, the Breakfast Attendant was fabulous!! This is the kind of employee one wants and needs in a hotel. She was kind, personable, and super helpful. In the morning I enjoy jovial conversation and she was a perfect person to do so with! I have been to many hotels and used to work for one and know that a friendly person with a smile makes all the difference in the world to guests. Thank you for employing such a wonderful, kind, diligent employee. Look forward to returning and seeing Stacey on my next trip, cheers!

Very nice and new hotel right along I95. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was fresh and a great bonus that I wasn't expecting. I would definitely stay here again

When we arrived rooms were not available, but Christina helped is find a room, which was beautiful and convenient. We had a suite with a living room and kitchen area. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We swam in the pool, which was clean and refreshing. There were chairs and towels. There was a patio with an outdoor fire. In the morning there was a full breakfast offered. Finally, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great stay.

I like the room set up and my wife was satisfied.

Clean comfortable rooms with great access to RI activities at great price

Everything, from check in to check out. The facility is super clean, the staff was super friendly and even the complimentary breakfast was great. The stay was excellent from start to finish. The rooms smelled clean and the pool area and lobby were exceptionally kept. I was really surprised at the service - excellent.

The rooms and the common areas were comfortable and clean. This was a quick overnight, but we needed a good rest and this was what we got here.
