Lovely clean hotel with very helpful staff
Pros:

Lovely large room with separate kitchen. Cleaned every day. Bathrobes and slippers were lush. Close to places for breakfast and only a short uber drive (because I have limited walking mobility) to Marina, old town and beach.

Cons:

Shower over bath. Prefer walk in (although employee at check in could not have been more helpful to sort this). Provided chair which was a Godsend.

Pros:

Clean room. Lovely reception/courtyard under a glass roof.

Cons:

There were no cereal bowls, asked reception, and was told the rooms don't have them even though a kitchen in the room.

De 5 estrelas não tem nada
Cons:

Um hotel de 5 estrelas que em nada é 5 estrelas. Quartos a precisar remodelação urgente !! Têm aspecto de velho e sujo.
Nem máquina café tem, nem papel higiénico nos puseram. Muito mau.
As camas são moles e muito altas.
O quarto estava um forno!
Não recomendo.

Lost… despite the potential
Pros:

The rooms are spacious you have several pools it’s ok cleaner the food is tolerable

The WiFi A I read a complaint form 2016 that mentioned the same - it’s exactly the same 10 years alter - you can’t even have a call on WhatsApp

And the room hav no holder for toilet paper and they just didn’t bother

You Beto carry your luggage’s around

The keycards don’t work leaving you stranded outside and tubing to walk big circles around the area to get into the hotel.

Extra payment for nothing...
Pros:

I paid for a double room and initialy I came on my own. Prices on their website are not different if you come with 1 or 2 persons. My wife came later as a surprise and needed to pay 25 euros extra per night. Bad practice...

Pros:

Don't usually leave reviews but had to on this occasion. Had booked this hotel on an all inclusive basis 10 nights for 13 of us, 5 of which children. Before our holiday we were horrified reading some of the reviews saying how bad this place was to the point we tried to change accommodation, we were told it was too late & we couldn't, this actually turned out to be a good thing.
Yes it's not what i've experienced before with 5 star, the decor is rather dated but the rooms were clean and a really good size for families, the all inclusive use of the other hotels was brilliant and the staff were really friendly.
Food was good, kids always found something to eat in one of the many options across the hotels.
We had no issue with noise from the strip or from other guests (which I was concerned about having younger children).
Only down side was at this particular hotel the all inclusive drinks/bar closes at 10pm including soft drinks which I've never came across before but there is shops right outside to get water etc.

I can honestly say I was really worried before our trip but we had no problems and was pleasantly surprised.

My reason for the 4 stars - decor needs a revamp to make it 5 and the facilities should be open later than 10pm.
