I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel in Paris. The photos on the website were completely misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the property. The room I was given was not what I had booked.
From the moment I arrived, the service was poor. The receptionist had a very unfriendly attitude and made me feel unwelcome, as though I was a nuisance. He showed little patience when dealing with me, which set the tone for the entire stay.
The room itself was in a terrible condition. The bathroom was particularly bad — old, dirty, and clearly not well maintained. The floors and carpet were worn out and unclean. The room was also extremely hot, with no air conditioning or even a fan available.
Basic amenities were missing — there was no iron, no bottled water, and the bed was much smaller than expected despite booking a double. To make matters worse, the sheets smelled mouldy and there were cobwebs on the walls.
Overall, it was an awful experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

La propreté !
Une salle de bains juste immonde !
Et surtout un lit « propre » avec des traces d’excrément dessus. Mais d’après le personnel « c’est juste taché, mais c’est propre »

Bon emplacement (accès facile aux métros 13 et 14)
Lit confortable

Cons:

La télévision ne fonctionnait pas, la douche (commune) le premier jour était froide (pas d'eau chaude). Pas de petit-déjeuner possible alors qu'indiqué sur le site.

Pros:

J'avais demandé l'hôtel Viator rue Parrot a côté de la gare de Lyon et nous sommes retrouvés dans le 17e arrondissement... chambre glauque à cause d'un éclairage lugubre. Pas de table de nuit , rien pour accrocher les vêtements. Salle de bains sinistre avec un lavabo d'angle microscopique, éclairage insuffisant pour se raser etc. Pas de petit dejeuner sur place.Je déconseille vivement.

Cons:

Voir commentaire ci-dessus. J'ignore comment je me suis retrouvé dans le 17e. Impossible de joindre Booking.com. Je serai de plus en vigilant avec cette plate-forme.

Pros:

Accueil agréable. Chambre correcte et bonne literie. Lavabo en chambre. Parc de clichy à proximité et des commerces.

Cons:

Wc et douche communs. Pas de bouilloire. Pas d'ascenseur (lorsqu'on a 1 grosse valise). Clientèle un peu bruyante dans les couloirs le soir.

Pros:

Location was good for me. Staff is friendly. Cleaning was on point. Unfortunately no wc and shower inside. The stairs are quite hard 3rd floor without lift and kitchen available for warming up food on ground floor. It’s too expensive as for similar room in the area, we pay half this price.
