Pros:

I punti di forza dell'hotel sono sicuramente la posizione vicino Caldea e la via dello shopping,un'ottima e variegata colazione a buffet e ho trovato discreta anche la cena.
Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile a dare le informazioni che abbiamo chiesto e molto cordiale anche la responsabile della sala sempre pronta e con il sorriso a soddisfare le nostre richieste.
Buona la pulizia della camera.

Muy buena ubicación y amabilidad por el servicio.

NO hay desayuno antes de las 7.30, para nosotros como trabajadores un problema.

La situacion era inmejorable.el desayuno está muy bien, con mucha variedad.

Cons:

Pagué en la plataforma por una habitación superior y me dieron la misma que a mis amigos que no habían pagado, las más bajas que tenían con vistas al desaliñado con todo el sistema de refrigeración del hotel. Yo para eso no pago😤

Pros:

Viajamos para acompañar a nuestras hijas a un torneo. Como nos puede tocar en cualquier pavellon del pricipado, escogemos siempre Escaldes para aprovechar los ratos libres para nosotros. La ubicación es muy buena, el desayuna buffet muy completo y el presonal atento. Cosa a tener en cuenta, evitar en la medida de lo posible las habitaciones interiores, ya que son más pequeñas y estás en todo el pasillo. Aunque las exteriores sean un poco más caras, compensa.

Cons:

Por decir algo, el no poder cambiar a una habitación exterior. Entendible porqué estaba lleno. Y el tener que esperar un buen buen buen rato para poder hacer el check-inn ya que había una sola persona en recepción. Pero como he dicho, por poner algo.
