Algunos trabajadores nos trataron de una manera muy incorrecta, tanto a mi como a mi hijo grande, grosero y maleducado.
Luego las instalaciones están muy antiguas.

Pros:

Весьма неплохой отель! Очень приветливый, приятный персонал. Завтрак очень вкусный, каждый день свежие отличные фрукты, да, без особого разнообразия, но все качественное, оладья просто вау! Уборка в номере каждый день: приходишь - постель аккуратно застелена, очень приятно. Хорошо работала сантехника, есть биде, кровать удобная, хорошая работа Wi-Fi. Хорошее месторасположение рядом с центральной пешеходной улицей.

Cons:

Отель не на 4 звезды. Номер темноват с видом на здание. Не очень удобная ванная комната, нельзя регулировать высоту душевой лейки. Неудобный столик и стул - по сути нет пространства за столом. Кондиционер слабенький, в жару не вытянет. В целом ремонт и убранство номера не самые современные, но это некритично.

Ciertamente decepcionante
Pros:

Me gustó la actitud y servicios de la chica de recepción que nos guardó la maleta y nos trató de manera encantadora.

Cons:

Las almohadas eran muy incómodas, dormí bastante mal por eso. Las toallas mojadas y usadas no las cambian, llegué y estaban dobladas como si fueran nuevas y vi un pelo colgando de ellas a demás de que estaban húmedas. Parte del personal (excepto los de recepción) durante el desayuno se te quedaba mirando a cada movimiento y juzgándote todo el tiempo por lo que cogías, sentimos que teníamos que coger lo mínimo aún habiendo pagado por el buffet.
