Pros:

Hotel was clean, breakfast had good offerings such as the ckn sausage and topped bagel. Overall, the amenities were good. Only issue was the body wash container in the shower was empty.

Pros:

Afternoon cookies are nice touch. Coffee and tea available all day desk staff very pleasant and accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

Tv not user friendly. Rm 233 had hole in bathroom ceiling. And mold in shower. Carpeting in2ndfloorhallway rippled and potentially hazardous.

Pros:

Well, basically ok, but way overpriced for this rather outdated facility. So much is in dire need of repair. The carpet in hallway is an accident waiting to happen. It's all bunched up. We booked a room with roll-in shower. The shower seat was pulling away from the wall. We needed to very inconveniently transfer to a new room. Just so many minor things in need of repair...grout in bathroom was a mess, leaky shower faucet, shower wall patched with cardboard and a very ugly metal contraption, shoddy carpentry work, etc.....Pool is grunchy and uninviting. Wet footprints in lobby hallway.
The grounds are beautiful, lobby and exterior are inviting, parking is convenient, breakfast is excellent, staff is helpful and friendly.

Don’t bother staying here

Convenient and clean.

Cons:

Front desk staff, same women on arrival & departure made us feel like we were not welcome. When asked to have 1 of the 2 rooms put on other couples CC she took their card. At departure it did not happen. Asked to have it fixed and her reply was they never gave her their CC. If you really need it , I guess I can do it. Our friends said Wow, nice service and left. She was very rude. We will not be back!
