The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and well prepared, and the location was incredibly convenient with a conbini and train station on either side of the hotel.
The room was small but that is to be expected for a hotel in Tokyo!
bardzo dobre dla kazdego cos dobrego
wszystko dobrze
Location was at best, stay was good, rooms are good in terms of tokyo standard, I wish they had more veg options in breakfast
Cleanliness
La gentilezza del personale
La stanza troppo piccola e senza armadio o mensole
This was a very adequate Tokyo hotel. I was torn between a cooler art storage hotel and this, which was more conveniently located. I think that this was a fine choice considering how little time we spent at the hotel. It is 2-6-11 minutes walk to the nearest stations. Which is useful wherever you are coming from.
The room was small and any floor space was cramped but we still managed to get one suitase open at a time and pack properly.
We had to book a transfer to get to Narita airport, so I didn't get to test how convenient it is to do so from the hotel using the metro. However, be advised that if you want to get to the metro via elevator, you will need to walk to one of 2 possible further entrances cause the one next to the hotel is just stairs. So if you have 5 suitcases and 2 bags between 2 people, maybe it won't be the most comfortable.
We had the breakfast also which was ok. Japan's every day croissants are abominable though, that's just a thought, has nothing to do with the hotel haha. Be aware that you might have to queue to get tables, so get there in ample time. The staff clean each table before letting someone from the queue to sit down which is very nice.
The staff were not like most other hotels we stayed in where they would go above and beyond to help you. For something simple like, could you call this transfer service you gave me the website for, which doesn't take online reservations for late bookings like ours, they said no we cannot help you cause we are not contracted with them. It is my belief that in any other hotel we stayed in, this would have been handled, especially considering we didn't have a Japanese phone to call from.
The hotel elevator is also always so busy sometimes you'd have to wait like 5-6 minutes just to get on it, to only then stop at every floor.
I think the other issue with the hotel could potentially be the guests, even though there were many demographics, from young to old, the young definitely had very little appreciation for keeping shared spaces usable and clean.
