We came to see three Orioles baseball games and therefore the location was ideal.
So-so TV offerings. And the TV remote control was difficult to use.
The view! Location was perfect for a night game and to enjoy the local bars.
$60 for parking!
Proximity to Camden Yards was by far the best thing! Next was that the housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful!
Parking was double the amount and when I went to the front desk they did nothing to remedy it and passed the buck to the parking garage company.
Location was great because we could walk over to see the baseball game.
The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable
First off, the locationis top tier! Minutes walk from the harbor, across the street from Camden Yard, absolutely phenomenal! The decor, layout, staff, breakfast, bar was stellar as well! Then the sunrise over the stadium the next morning was the icing on the cake! 10/10 homerun experience!
Unsure if valet service was offered or not, but the parking deck was the only dislike if there could have been any... the fact that they had a private parking deck was great, however a valet service would make the stay even more seamless.
Food and Drink was a little pricey for what you received. Example: Breakfast sandwich was $10

A lot of people (guest and staff) smoking outside the entrances and areas where you wait for Ubers.
The staff was kind. The lobby was beautiful. The room was comfortable and quiet. If we go back to Baltimore we will stay here again.
The homeless walking around I didn't care for.

The AC was not that cold. Even changing the temp to 65, the room was still in the mid 70’s
Convenient to UMD hospital in Baltimore
Very hard to figure out how to order room service. No menu in the room. Too much electronics for the baby boomers.
Also no place to get a regular breakfast. The choice was a brunch or carry out.
