I was very happy with the stay, and the springboks won the rugby!

Location and staff are very accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

The double beds do not accommodate 4 adult size people (2 adults, 2 teens). One of the teens had to sleep on the floor for the first night. The hotel was very accommodating and offered us a 2nd room for $99 for the second night. This made things so much easier for us. Thank you.

Pros:

Good views, convenient location for sport games. Decent sized room

Cons:

Parking was not convenient (granted there was an international rugby match). Room service was a disaster (took 2 hours for a flatbread). Check-in staff was not friendly

Overpriced hotel, poor restaurant, nice front desk staff and helpful housekeeping staff.
Pros:

Great location. Responsive and helpful housekeeping and front desk staff. Quick elevators.

Cons:

The hotel was busy due to an international rugby match and breakfast was extremely busy. Our family of 4 waited 20 mins for a table the first morning and 15 the next morning. If breakfast had not been included in our room rate, we would have gone elsewhere. In addition, we had dinner at the same restaurant the first night of our stay. The food was mediocre and very overpriced. We were disappointed and decided not to eat there for our second night.

Nice weekend trip to inner harbor.
Pros:

It was clean, staff was friendly, location was golden for attending ravens game. It was a good spot to walk to places to shop and eat. The food at restaurant inside hotel was great! The mini market inside the hotel was great for grabbing things needed and souvenirs.

Cons:

Being approached by homeless inside the hotel that was trying to get you to let them in the elevator.
