Staff was friendly
Incredibly noisy! Walls are so thin that you can hear the TV from neighboring rooms- terrible to try to sleep. Slamming doors. Despite being on 12th floor we could hear all traffic and ambulances. Hotel windows and structure not built well - not sound proof at all. Swimming pool very small and not very pleasant.

The room was not clean, and the sink was not working properly. Overpriced.
Nothing wasn't able to make the trip
The fact that they wouldn't give me a refund. I'm a firefighter and I had something come up that I could not make it. And they didn't wanna give me a refund.

Cost. It’s a clean standard hotel in a great location with overpriced parking and overpriced hotel rates
The Problem was first getting to the hotel and then getting parking, because we arrived during the start of the Orioles Baseball Game that surrounds the hotel, The streets were blocked off and it was almost impossible to get to the entrance to the hotel. We drove around in circles and even found ourselves on the highway ramp for more than 40 minutes . It was horrible. Then after checking in we could not get into the parking lot because the police had the block to the parking entrance blocked off!

My waiter Thomas was excellent and more than willing to accommodate my needs. He continued to ask if I required assistance and was very professional.
Thanks to Chef Northan and Zaire for taking care of us this week. Chef Northan makes huge, delicious omelets and Zaire provided a relaxed atmosphere and regularly checked on us.
My first experience walking into this hotel was with Danney. He greeted me at the front desk with a smile and checked me in. It was a warm welcome! His personality is so kind, professional and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel based on my experience this far.
Mohammad was super helpful in allowing us to maintain the same room for back to back reservations even though they were originally 2 different room types. It may have seemed like a small simple gesture but meant we didn’t have to lug all of our stuff out and back into another room. Thank you, Mo!

When we first arrived to the hotel, we were greeted by nice individual named Camille, who was able to make the room adjustments and offer complimentary breakfast for the hotel mistake, she set the tone for our week experience.I would highly recommend her as a front desk , representative and I look forward to returning back to Baltimore soon
