Miss Linda and her attention to detail and Natesha always assisting you in all your need while your in room. Me and my family will be back this was my and my family first time staying at this location from the very and the service 5stars for me and with everything that was going on here at the hotel these two ladies made my stay returnable. 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

I had breakfast downstairs in the restaurant and Edwin in the restaurant was so attentive. Hilton is lucky to have him on their team he was great. Thank you....

Danney at the front desk was a huge help! I needed to extend my stay by one night and he was able to keep me in the room I’d been in for the previous three days, which helped solve a big logistical puzzle for me. Hotel was comfortable, quiet, and very well-suited to the APTA Rail conference.

I stayed two nights at the Hilton Baltimore while attending my church's annual conference. Hilton did an admirable job of facilitating the activities of the conference. On a personal level, on the second day the lock on my room's door failed. The hotel staff was quickly responsive in replacing my key, then replacing the battery in the door, and when that didn't fix the problem, they promptly relocated me to another room. They sent up a porter with a cart to help me move my belongings. My new room turned out to be a suite on the top floor with a fabulous view of the city and the harbor. Kudos to the desk clerk, Danney, and all the other staff people for the great customer service. And I didn't miss one minute of the meetings I needed to attend. Thanks for making a problem into a memorable experience!

Security Michelle Haygood was Awesome as I lost my Driver's license & ahe went the extra mile to look for it & found it.

Secondly, I asked Ms Bianca in Housekeeping for some extra faceclothes & she provided great Customer Service.

The Hilton Inner Harbor is connected to the convention center which was very convenient. It’s within walking distance to the inner harbor tourist location. They were on the road but you can see the Orioles park from our room. The restaurant/bar on site is very convenient. All of the staff is very friendly. The room is clean and large. It’s also the first time since Covid that we’ve had a hotel offer room cleaning daily. It shouldn’t be such a nice surprise but it was a great vacation from making my bed every morning. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Service here was excellent and Mo at the front desk was very professional and helpful, and handled a situation that could’ve been bad, very, very well. Would definitely stay here every time I’m in Baltimore!

I was staying in the hotel for the TechNet event. I had an excellent experience with the front desk team. Daniella Alhanova was absolutely amazing. I was having trouble with my connection and needed to get online quickly so I could continue my work. Daniela was able to troubleshoot the issue efficiently and got me connected in no time.

She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly quick at identifying and fixing the problem. Her service and technical expertise made a huge difference as it was critical that I get online quick. Thank you, Daniela, for the excellent support!
I also want to note Mo at the front desk. He was also very friendly and professional and assisted me with my other small inquiries.
Finally, kudos to housekeeping team. Our room was clean and well maintained!

From check in to check out and everything in between- the experience was wonderful! We had a beautiful ballpark view, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the room and bathroom were spacious and clean... cant say enough good things!

The amazing staff, clean room, the pool was clean and warm. The views of the stadium are spectacular!
