Mal servicio de contacto y envio de factura

Cons:

Yo viajo por negocios, se comprometieron a enviarme el recibo/factura por mi estancia pero ya ha pasado casi un mes y no lo envian y cada vez que llamo por telefóno o envio emails o mensajes no consigo ninguna respuesta ni solución.

Excelente ubicación , pero necesita mejorar

La ubicación es muy buena , está al lado de la calle Brasil , que está llena de tiendas , supermercados de todo ,
Está al frente de la playa y tiene estacionamiento cómodo para poder bajar las maletas . El servicio de Valet parking es rápido y atento

Cons:

Es el mes de julio y hace frío este año , el hotel NO cuenta con aire acondicionado caliente , nos pasaron unos calentadores portátiles
Mis padres estaban en una habitación de las mas caras y esa tenía sistema de calefacción , el cual tampoco estaba bueno .
El hotel no tiene Restoran para almuerzos ni cenas , y el que está abierto por el hotel , estuvo siempre vacío , cenamos ahí y la verdad que muy aburrido ,la comida normal .

A localização muito boa, e o café da manhã bem gostoso, gostei das opções de batata doce, opções mais saudáveis

Cons:

Voltava um cheiro bem desagradável do banheiro, creio que era do ralo, e como não tinha ventilação no banheiro, o quarto acabava ficando com cheiro também

La ubicación es perfecta, el desayuno bien, ahora a modo de referencia seria bueno disponer de un espacio para personas sin gluten y mejorar la calidad del Té negro

Pros:

Café da manhá excelente, muito variado. A localização é perfeita; em frente à praia. Estacionamento e serviço de manobrista próprios.

Cons:

Não há ar condicionado no quarto. A ventilação é central. Estava muito frio e nos entregaram um aquecedor bem pequeno, do tipo ventileador. Ajudou, mas a ventilação poderia ser regulada no quarto.
