Prima verblijf voor 1-2 dagen Parijs.
Pros:

Goed ontbijt. Verblijf op 5 minuten lopen van het metrostation.

Cons:

Kamer was voorzien van een kleine keuken. Hierdoor was de kamer vrij krap.

Pros:

Location was very convenient. Shops and restaurants near by.

Cons:

Really dirty balcony, spider webs in the kitchen, very small rooms, hardly any space. Logistically hard to move around given how tight the space was. Foul smell in the toilet. No exhaust fans in the toilet or bathroom.

Le calme, malgré la chambre qui donnait sur la rue très passante: chambre très bien isolée ! Incroyable même car fenêtres ouvertes, le bruit était insupportable....
La proximité de Paris.
Le parking qui est à un prix assez abordable.
Le personnel très, très sympathique !

Payé pour 4 personnes mais devoir faire soi-même le canapé lit et n’avoir que deux serviettes de bain vraiment pas top du tout !

Good base to head into Paris to explore, wouldn't want to spend too much time in the room.
Pros:

Nice location with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Close to Metro for access into the center of Paris. We picked this place as we were driving in from the South, good secure parking. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

We were in an apartment with balcony for 4 people, the room didn't match the photos on the website. Strange layout of the room and all in need of refurbishment. Wasn't expecting to have to take out the rubbish.

I expected a bit more from the hotel staff after my stay.
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and helped us with all the information we needed. We didn’t need the luggage storage, so I don't have info about it.
Everyone spoke both English and French, which made communication very easy. The building had an elevator accessed by card, which made it feel safer. The room was equipped with air conditioning (simple to operate), a private bathroom with a shower, a comfortable bed, and a kitchen with a stove, pan, glasses, mugs, microwave, dishwasher, and cabinets. This allowed us to prepare breakfast and even simple dinners.
The location was really good, with a safe environment, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and a subway station (about a 10–15 minute walk). It wasn’t in the city center, but the neighborhood was calm and very pleasant. We didn’t have breakfast there, but it was available.
The biggest issue for me was the contact after our stay. I forgot my power bank charging in the room and reached out several times through messages, but I never received an answer. That was very disappointing.

Apart hotel bien placé aux portes de Paris

Cons:

la climatisation n'etait pas bien réglée pour le batiment durant cette semaine de fortes chaleurs. La chambre était toujours chaude, meme la nuit.
