If the companions are not present at the time of Check In, their personal information is required to carry out Pre-Registration. If the information is not registered on time it will not be refundable.

According to Colombian law 2068 of 2020, companions can only be registered with an official document, a citizenship card for national guests and a passport for foreign guests. It is necessary to print and have the hotel registry signed by each companion and clarify to the reservation holder that when their visitor is going to leave the hotel, they must inform the Reception, otherwise this value will be charged for the rest of the nights of their stay. . and the cancelation of the charge cannot be requested.

Guests not registered at Check In will have a charge of $99 USD or its equivalent in Colombian pesos according to the hotel's exchange rate in force and must be paid before entering the room. This value is per day and per person.

Bien ubicado, el personal muy amable, las instalaciones bien. Tranquilo, silencioso, el desayuno delicioso.

Cons:

En la habitación hacia más calor que afuera. Pedimos que lo revisaran y no hubo cambio alguno: seguíamos a 24•c
El sábado vimos entrar a un hombre con tres mujeres de “dudosa procedencia”. Ellas no estaban registradas y uno de los botones lo detuvo. Otro lo desautorizó y los dejó ingresar. Es un hotel familiar, esto no se debe permitir.

Gracias, ideal para familias.
Pros:

El personal en el desayuno muy atento, la ubicación es muy buena. Muy buen hotel para estar en familia. El precio es competitivo y comparado con otros hoteles de una categoría similar, pude ser economico. Gracias.

Cons:

En general todo ha sido muy agradable, por mejorar el aseo del agua de al piscina, pero es lo unico que puedo pedir. Bueno, fui para la maraton de medellin, y vi muchos más huespedes para lo mismo, sería muy bueno si el proximo año organizan un desayuno rapido (3:30am, huevos cocido y café) pensando en mejorar la experiencia.
