Overrated
Pros:

Nice staff. Convenient location. Lots of shops and places to eat. Close to the highway but quiet.

Cons:

The facilities are very old, like a hotel from the 90s. The spring mattress on the king bed kind of tilted up when we sat on one side of the bed. The sofa bed could open to a queen size bed but the mattress that came with it was terrible. We could literally feel the springs inside. Sheets and towels had stains on them. The room smelled like mildew. And for a room with a king size bed and a sofa bed that was advertised to be able to fit 4 adults, there was only one hook on the back of the bathroom door. If they could just add some hooks to the huge empty wall by the mirror, which would cost close to nothing, it would so much easier for the quests cuz they would have somewhere to hang their towels, jackets, etc. etc.

Great price , very convenient to food/other amenities, but a sketchy part of town
Pros:

Very close to the hospital. Staff was excellent
Lobby was nice , cookies were great , popcorn was great. ….. I didn’t have a chance to eat breakfast, so can’t comment on that

Cons:

Not the best part of town Room seemed a little grungy ( floor, mostly)

Okay if it’s a quick trip and you need to sleep
Pros:

The location was very convenient, near the main road and entrance/exit to the interstate.

Cons:

The price per night doesn’t match the accommodations!! The air quality inside the building and room was stale and had a musty smell.

Worsest experience @ a Hotel.
Pros:

I went to the Location , the Smell was unacceptable , and did not stay but explained that I need it my money back because , Me and the Family went to Gainesville for my son's transplant and needed a hotel for 10 to 12 days which I am expecting my deposit back ; Thank You .

Cons:

The Smell as soon as We walked in that awful smell l Ike if the carpet was stinking like it was left wet and left to dry up from the first floor and the 3rd floor soon as the elevator opened up and room stunned too , not acceptable neither health wise ; Thank you
