Pros:

Abbiamo pernottato solo una notte. Stanza molto spaziosa e pulita. Personale alla reception molto gentile e professionale. La sala colazione come sempre impeccabile fornita sia per il salato che per il dolce. Siamo già stati in passato varie volte quindi già sapevamo.

Hervorragendes Frühstück, viele kleine Besonderheiten. Lob an das Personal, welches selbst unverschämte Gäste (nicht wir!) respektvoll und zuvorkommend behandelt. Getrennte Frühstücksräume für Gruppen- und Privatreisende. Souvenirshop direkt vor dem Hotel, Restaurants und Pilgerbasilika fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Zimmerpreise für diesen Ort zu hoch. Aussicht auf die Lüftungsanlage.

Cons:

Prezzo troppo alto per quello che viene offerto, colazione molto scarsa, la struttura è molto grande e ospita molti pellegrini, quindi molto caos, si perdono anche 10 minuti per attendere l’ascensore che è soltanto uno per tutta la struttura, personale impreparato e scostante, tranne che per la ragazza della reception, sconsiglio il ristorante per la cena, servizio lento, prezzi troppo alti e qualità del cibo mediocre.
