Categories

Cleanliness
9
Repeated positive mentions across reviews: 'Hotel pulito', 'molto pulito', 'sehr sauber', 'camera pulita' and renovated rooms noted — cleanliness is a clear strength.
Service
8.3
Mostly praised: reception and general staff described as 'cordiale'/'gentile'/'very friendly', though some reports of unfriendly breakfast staff create a mixed but overall good impression.
Location
8
Frequently mentioned as ideal for transit or near motorway and convenient parking, but multiple notes about an uninviting/industrial surrounding and occasional noise from trucks or buses.
Room Quality
9
Many reviews highlight recently renovated, spacious and comfortable rooms with good bathrooms and blackout windows; a few mentions of mattress discomfort are isolated.
Amenities
7.8
Amenities present (parking, gym access, pool, AC, pet-friendly) and generally useful, but some issues noted: pool hours mismatch, sticky tree resin in parking, hot breakfast room and occasional maintenance/old-style comments.
Value for Money
8.9
Several reviewers explicitly mention very good value and good price ('Ottimo prezzo', 'rapport qualité prix est très bon'), making value a relative strength.
Food and Beverage
7.4
Mixed-to-negative signals: multiple comments call the breakfast basic/mediocre/limited or lacking variety (cold scrambled eggs, little pastry/meat), though some praise cappuccino and a few good breakfasts.
Overall Experience
7.2
Overall generally positive stays (clean, comfortable, good staff) but recurring issues with breakfast quality, surroundings and a few service/amenity hiccups tempered the overall impression.

Teljesen rendben
Pros:

Pros:

Cons:

Протекающий душ.
