Everything from the room to the customer service was great! This hotel is right in between a lot of dinning options. The breakfast, although repetitive, was great in taste! I would definitely being staying here when in Guadalajara!
The only con of mine would be that you do have to uber or taxi to major landmarks and they are a bit far away!

The artwork and decor was unbelievable . You cant take it all in during one visit so a return is needed . Staff is friendly and helpful. I will come back .

Muy agradecida porque aceptan Mascotas y sin costo , lleve mis 2 perritas y no tuve ningún problema , muy buena ubicación ,cerca de restaurantes caminando , a pesar que estaba enfrente de la alberca nose escuchaba ruido en la habitacion , se pusieron en contacto conmigo para saber que necesitaba
Todos los dias van a limpiar las habitaciones
Necesita limpieza en las areas comunes y en los departamentos todo el aseo es por encimita , 1 dia fue la encargada del aseo y fue peor su limpieza , en la alberca no tiene camastros , los del lobby solo el chico que me atendio fue amable , los demas del lobby ni buenos dias pero simplemente no hice caso de eso , todo el demas personal amable , las camas y ropa de cama son viejas , pero el colchon es comodo , para mi eso es lo que tienes que esperar , yo no me queje pot el simple hecho que pude estar con mis perritas sin costo y eso lo agradezco y es suficiente para regresar
