Very poor experience, only good view which made me stay for the night but otherwise would have left the property at the

Cons:

The smell in the property, the furniture too old, carpet had crumbles of biscuits and suffocated apartment with not at all comfortable. Very poorly managed and not worth the price I paid ☹️

Cons:

It was not made clear that this was a lower floor apartment in a separate building to the high rise. The road noise was awful and getting to the apartment was very convoluted.

Delightful stay with memorable views. Theocratic on the bend of the river in Brisbane
Pros:

The view from the 30th floor was spectacular. The lifts, when they worked, were sufficiently fast
The location on a bend beside the river in Brisbane CBD is superb.

Cons:

There are only 2 lifts and 1 was not operating when we arrived. The lifts only cater for about 8 people comfortably and then there can be substantial waits for the next lift.
The cutlery and crockery in the kitchen should be checked and where necessary washed prior to letting.
