Najbardziej przyjazne osoby na recepcji oraz cała obsługa. Wszystkie panie oraz panowie bardzo serdeczni oraz pomocni. Budynek oraz wyposażenie są bardzo urocze a dodatkowo dla mnie bardzo ważnym elementem jest czystość. Pomimo, że hotel znajduje się w sercu Chanii jest bardzo cicho. Ponadto wszędzie blisko: kilka kroków do kawiarni, restauracji oraz pięknej zatoki ale także na stację autobusową, skąd autobusy dowoziły nas na plaże za kilka euro.
Nie było takiej rzeczy, ten hotel jest świetny, jedynie nie polecam dla osób, które mają problemy z poruszaniem się.
Er vriendelijk welkom geheten en meteen veel informatie over de stad gekregen. Kamer was erg netjes; mooie verhouding tussen oude stijl met nieuwe badkamer. Locatie was perfect, alles op loopafstand van het hotel. Lekker ontbijt, leek eerst wat klein aanbod maar hebben eigenlijk alles wat je wilt hebben en kwaliteit is hoog.
Great location - walkable to everywhere and especially the great old port and they beautiful view and location.
Room was very small - I think we had the smallest room available so it was just bad luck. Other rooms looked more spacious. We had a sea view and view of lighthouse though.

The hotel is located in the Old Town; there are many bars, restaurants, and places to visit nearby.
It is a building with a historic appearance; both the building itself and the street and neighborhood where it is situated are truly impressive. The staff are extremely helpful and polite.
What I have written here is more of an assessment of the situation than a list of the hotel's downsides; if you arrive with the right expectations, you won't be disappointed.
The hotel is located in a pedestrian-only zone, and the building has no elevator. You have to park your vehicle outside the Old Town and walk in, and finding a parking spot is a major challenge. While the charm of the Old Town might compensate for this during short stays, it can be exhausting during longer visits—especially after a tiring day—to have to search extensively for a parking spot and then walk back to the hotel.

We loved our stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and tours. They even saved our day by informing us about the weather conditions at some of the tourist spots, which helped us adjust our plans.
A special thank you from me and my friends for letting us cut our watermelon in your kitchen – it was such a kind gesture and we really appreciated it.
The location was also perfect. Although the surrounding streets in the Old Town were lively and noisy at night, this street was peaceful, so we could enjoy a quiet and relaxing sleep after a day of exploring.
They were also amazing at accommodating our wishes. Every morning they kindly brought an extra table outside on the street so we could enjoy our breakfast in a beautiful atmosphere and start our day in the best way. We also truly appreciated that they prepared our breakfast to take away for our early morning tours. This small but thoughtful gesture showed how much they cared about their guests and made our experience even more enjoyable.
The only minor inconvenience was that reaching the third floor with our suitcases was a little challenging, but it was absolutely worth the effort. The beautiful view of the Chania harbour and lighthouse from our room made up for it completely.
The location is perfect, the room was comfortable but what truly makes this place stand out are the staff. Everyone was very kind, welcoming and hardworking.
The location was perfect in old town Chania. It is homey and beautiful. We also loved how it was in a quiet section of old town as well!
The only downside was stairs, but even then I’d take them everyday for everything else the property was. Totally worth it.
