We’ve just got back from a 10-night family stay. Overall, I really enjoyed our time here — the location is brilliant and the service was top-notch. Like any place, the hotel has its pros and cons, but it’s definitely worth the money.
​The Room & Staff
Initially, we were placed in a room on the basement level. We requested a move, and by the next day, the team kindly relocated us to a room with a breathtaking view of Babadag mountain. Having a morning coffee with that backdrop was absolute bliss!
​The entire team was friendly and welcoming. I can't recall every name, but a huge shoutout to Ali in the restaurant, who looked after us during breakfast and dinner. He was always on hand to help with seating and drinks, working incredibly hard with a smile. The entertainment team was brilliant too — special thanks to the lovely dark-haired girl selling bingo tickets, who brought me good luck (I actually won!). The pool foam party with the dancers was fantastic — total Ibiza vibes! Also, don't miss the Cappadocia Night; the performance was outstanding and a absolute must-see.
​Food & Drinks
​Buffet: There was a good spread of food, though to be completely honest, some dishes lacked a bit of flavour (the fish, for instance).
​Kids: The children's section was a bit limited. They won't go hungry — there are chips and nuggets — but the pizzas weren't quite to the kids' liking.
​Lunch Spot: The all-inclusive lunch venue open from 12 pm to 4 pm made up for the kids' menu. The burgers there were delicious and the menu was fantastic!
​Desserts: Decent selection, though perhaps a bit less varied compared to other Turkish resorts.
​Drinks: The cocktails were spot on! No complaints whatsoever.
​Location, Shuttle & Pool
The hotel’s location is perfect. The partner beach, Sun City Beach, is stunning. However, the shuttle situation needs sorting out. In the mornings, guests line up, but locals often push in ahead of those who have been waiting. A simple ticket/number system would easily prevent any friction.
​The main pool is large and offers amazing mountain views. However, the classic "towel reservation" issue was quite annoying. Sunbeds in the front rows are tagged with towels and left empty all day, forcing people actually at the pool to the back. We always managed to find loungers, but it’s a shame the prime spots stay empty like that.
​Top Tip
Do not miss the Babadag Cable Car! It’s only about £3 by taxi to get there, and the views are beyond words. Go during the week if you can — the weekend crowds take away a bit of the magic.
​Would we return?
Yes, I’d happily come back if those few operational details are addressed. It’s a great value stay overall!

I loved that the rooms were big and felt like home. As a family with a 3 years old toddler, we were really comfortable. Rhe staff helped us with anything we needed help with. The food was exceptionally good. The variety and quality was amazing. The traditional turkish dishes were always just like how my mom cooks at home :) it is so obvious that the kitchen crew takes their job very seriously.

We also loved that the hotel was simply the greenest of all nearby hotels. The garden is super beautiful and well maintained. We loved our stat here and will definetely return :)

Also the private beach where the hotel bus take you from the hotel is also very beautiful and calm. It is a hidden gem in such touristic and crowded nearby beaches. It was an amazing beach and we were sad that we didnt have enough time to visit more often.

We come with our young family and friends for 10 days in August. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back!
Location was perfect for us, as we liked how close shops/pharmacies/ bars were to us.
The vibes were good, music playing all day. Pool activities etc, snack bar close to the pool. Our room was lovely we can’t complain, didn’t hear any noise from the evening entertainment,
We really enjoyed our time here, the food was great something for everyone, we loved the different themes every night in the main restaurant.
The cocktail list was great, and nearly all were made perfectly. All staff were nice and friendly.
We dont have any cons about this place, although I would say children’s disco/entertainment could do with being a bit longer in the evening as our children loved singing and dancing along. But we will 100% be back!

An amazing holiday, the staff were all amazing. Entertainment went above and beyond, the restaurant and bar staff were all so friendly and respectful. Rooms were kept clean and everything about the stay was lovely. Can’t wait to come back

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The food was excellent, with a great variety of choices throughout our stay, so there was always something different to enjoy even for our fussy daughter.
A special thank you to Ali, who looked after us so well. He was incredibly friendly, always happy to have a chat, and really made us feel welcome. He is a great addition to the team!

The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the hotel grounds were lovely and well maintained.

The only negative would be the cleaner would make lovely swans on the beds, but not give us toilet roll, or clean the balcony.

The entertainment team were also fantastic, especially both Baris’. They were full of energy, friendly and helped make our stay really enjoyable.

Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend the hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

В целом всё заявлено было: отель близко у моря, вкусная кухня, есть бар, бассейн, трансфер на их собственный пляж, но ехать на этот пляж минут 10 и в целом особого смысла ехать туда нет так как там довольно спокойная гавань, а рядом есть хорошее море, поэтому никаких проблем здесь нет

I spent 7 nights in that nice hotel. The animation team was on top ; big up to Baris, Mehtap, Aybike, Busra and Suzan.
The buffest was limited with some good foods anyway even if some classical Turkish breakfast specialities were missing and replaced by British food. Some restaurant crew were nice and very helpful like Su, Sila, Baris…
Special thanks to the always smiling Elif from the lobby bar and Safiye.
The hotel has a private sandbeach at the famous blue lagoon.
Even if many things needed to be improved , the overall satisfaction is ok.

Ne-a plăcut tot. Locația este superbă, curata, plaja privata în laguna unde ești transportat cu microbuzele hotelului, foarte aproape și de plaja publica dacă dorești să mergi pe jos, piscina curată, mâncare diversificata și foarte gustoasă, petreceri/evenimente in fiecare seara. Parcarea este pe strada, langa hotel și se găsește mereu un loc liber. O armată de oameni harnici și zâmbitori s-au asigurat că avem un sejur frumos şi relaxant. ❤️

Un séjour juste incroyable ! Nous avons adoré cet hôtel du début à la fin. Les chambres sont très propres, le buffet est excellent avec beaucoup de choix pour tous les goûts, et tout le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins.

La piscine réservée aux adultes était calme et tellement agréable, un vrai bonheur pour se détendre. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Dilara de la réception et à Eylem, qui ont été adorables, souriantes et très attentionnées avec nous. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
