Excellent accommodation, lovely setting and staff friendly and helpful.
Nothing, apart from mattress was a tad too firm for my liking.
This is our 3rd time at the same hotel. Everything is great the staff are friendly and helpful. They have built new rooms since our last visit and they are very spacious and have a walk in shower which is great .

Very friendly and helpful staff. Courtyard room very clean and comfortable. Easy book in and out. Great breakfast and evening meal. You settle your bill each day which we think is a good idea. Good location for exploring the area.
The room was quite warm but the second night we realised we could open the top windows which was more comfortable.
The size of the room,the walk in shower,the size of bed was comfortable,we stayed for two nights and the breakfast each day was nice and hot when we got it

We enjoyed a wonderful stay here at The Coach House. The room was comfortable, light and airy. The hotel is very well kept in a modern, clean, appealing appearance, very well suited for any event.
The staff are very helpful and polite at all times.
Close to the coast, major road connection, and bus route directly outside the hotel.
Food here is exceptional.
We stayed here for a week, but didn't find anything not to like.
Had a lovely one night stay, very nice room, very clean, comfortable bed, but pillows where a bit to full. The breakfast was really good with plenty to choose from and staff very nice and friendly.

Beautiful new rooms and lovely staff
Breakfast was lovely accept the fry up , it seemed the bacon was made earlier and just heated for whoever ordered it. It was overdone and difficult to eat both mornings .
Very old school property staff were accommodating and very helpful just a nice place to be staying and would definitely stay again

Like many I booked the Coach House in order to visit the next door museum (East Anglia Transport Museum) and it was excellently placed for this.
The welcome on arrival was great and the receptionist was keen to offer advice on the local area and transport options.
The room and ensuite were very comfortable, well equipped and spacious.
I breakfasted twice and had one evening meal, all were excellently cooked and well served.
