Je ne recoomande pas votre hôtel et je ne reviendrai pas.
Pros:

Rien. je ne reviendrai pas. Château Bromont est un nom, N'a rien d'un chateau.

Cons:

La propreté: il y avait un ongle coupé sur la table de chevet; en arrière du lavabo, sur le mur, il y avait des traces de pâte à dent et de nourritures (saletés). Pas de vue la l'extérieur donc sombre.

À l'exception de mon expérience recharge tout était parfait!

L'accueil, la nourriture, l'emplacement, la beauté des lieux.

Cons:

Le service de borne de recharge Switch. Une note de 0/10. Borne non fonctionnel, j'ai communiqué avec le service client. Ils ont dû réactiver à distance la borne. 60$ de facturé sur ma visa au 1 er essai. Au 2e essai, 20$ et toujours sans recharge. J'ai perdu des heures à tenter de me faire rembourser.

Extérieur agréable quand il fait beau, intérieur qui mériterait un rafraichissement.
Pros:

La piscine extérieure et le restaurant en terrasse sont très agréables. La Navette pour se rendre au restaurant est un plus. Le personnel était bien agréable aussi.

Cons:

Le décor du restaurant intérieur et des chambres est très fade et générique. C'est cher pour une chambre sombre (vue sur la piscine intérieure) et un lit à ressort qui mériterait d'être changé.

Cons:

Temps d'attente de service dans les restaurants. Pensé que petit déjeuner est inclus et la dame de resto pour petit déjeuner est compté mon fils de 5 ans dans la facture. La nuit terrible a cause de la chambre à côté de machine de glace dans le corridor qui a fait le bruit et je pourrais pas dormir a cause de sa.

Comfortable, thoughtful and personalized experience!
Pros:

Incredibly thoughtful from their amenities to personalizing our stay! We traveled with toddlers and asked for a portable crib and not only did they provide a pack n play, but a diaper genie, changing pad, bottle warmer and distilled water and a toddler stool! As a mom who is used to having to be creative during travel with little ones, this was hugely helpful and meant a lot!

Loved the 2 pools, dining options, and the hot tubs on the terrace, especially at night!

We were so impressed!
