Estadia boa em hotel para familia em região central de BH, no entanto, café da manhã fraco.

Quarto bom, amplo, limpo, chuveiro excelente. Cama confortável, Fiquei em andar alto, então a vista era bonita. Serviço de quarto ok.

O café da manhã não foi nada do que foi divulgado!
O Café preto era de maquina, ruim qualidade. Pouca variedade de pães, bolos.
Minha filha que possui seletividade alimentar, não comeu nada.
Ovos mexidos estavam ruim, esverdeados.
Não tinha misteira para fazer o próprio misto.
Enfim, foi de certa forma decepcionante o café.

Um ponto bastante negativo durante a estadia foi a forma como era realizada a verificação do consumo do frigobar. Todos os dias, a funcionária entrava no quarto para conferir o consumo, inclusive em momentos absolutamente inoportunos, quando estávamos descansando ou em momentos de privacidade e intimidade.

O que mais incomodou foi que isso ocorria mesmo quando o aviso de “Não Perturbe” estava colocado na porta. Além disso, em algumas ocasiões, a funcionária fazia bastante barulho e não batia à porta antes de entrar ou iniciar a verificação, o que nos pegava completamente de surpresa.

Entendo a necessidade de controle do frigobar, mas considero que esse procedimento deveria respeitar minimamente a privacidade e a sinalização do hóspede. A verificação poderia ser realizada em outro momento, ao final da hospedagem, por exemplo, ou mediante solicitação do hóspede ou, ao menos, com uma abordagem mais cuidadosa, especialmente quando o aviso de “Não Perturbe” estivesse acionado.

Foi uma situação recorrente durante a estadia e que acabou gerando bastante desconforto. Espero que o hotel reveja esse procedimento, pois a privacidade do hóspede deveria ser uma prioridade.
