Great Service and Professionalism
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Guangzhou. Although the check-in process was initially delayed because my original booking data was missing, the receptionist, Jasmine Guo, handled the situation expertly. She quickly resolved the issue and provided a complimentary room upgrade, which immediately put my mind at ease. All the staff members are incredibly friendly and professional.
every time I requested extra items, the service team responded promptly and efficiently.
I also enjoyed the SPA—while the rates are a bit higher, the premium quality of the massage makes it well worth it. Highly recommended!

Собственно говоря, кроме вывески знаменитого отеля, изначально крутого японского дизайна и местоположения, у этой гостиницы ничего не осталось, потому как даже завтрак в окружающих гостиницах давно сопоставим

Изначально хороший дизайн, но очень уставшие интерьеры. часть номеров отремонтирована достаточно дешёвыми способами поверхности закрыты вместо оригинального шпона дешёвыми материалами и просто покрашены, и это бросается в глаза. Персонал не всегда профессионален, особенно впечатлили в отрицательном смысле бары, находящиеся в гостинице. Битва за коктейль заслуживает отдельного рассказа, вершина мастерства — налить чашку кофе
