Reception set up and experience, muddled.

Cons:

Check in was a mess. I had pre warned of a very later arrival, but they had given my room away and tried to down grade me. In sorting this, which took a while, my booking go jumbled up and a few mornings I had to go back to reception, talk it out, back to the breakfast, talk it out and so on...
The set up and the entrance also not impressed. I came at an. Unusual time, but it wasn't staffed and the reception is on the 22nd floor, which isn't clear if nobody is there to explain.

Cons:

Die Fahrstühle sind gewohnungsbedürftig. Da wir den Club Zugang gebucht hatten, musste man die Fahrstühle wechseln , das war etwas nervig. Das Frühstück ist immer noch sehr gut aber nicht mehr sehr europäisch. Mehr auf chinesische Kunden ausgerichtet, was mich nicht gestört hat.

Отличное расположение отеля, удобное для прогулок и поездок по городу. Номера необычные и интересные по дизайну, при этом чистые и комфортные. Персонал вежливый, доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь. В целом отель оставил очень приятное впечатление.

Cons:

Из минусов — на завтраке нет отдельной зоны с халяльным питанием, что ограничивает выбор для гостей, придерживающихся халяльного рациона. Также завтрак заканчивается довольно рано — уже в 10:00, что не всегда удобно во время отдыха.
