Budget hotel but better than average
Pros:

Close to the central train station and the city. Its walking distance but you can also take the tram or train which is less than 5 minutes walk away so it's very convenient n to get any where. Its a budget hotel and is very good quality for budget.

Cons:

Rooms could be cleaner but I'm being picky. The toilet roll holder was stuck on and fell off.

Pros:

The self check-in was convenient and I personally didn’t run into any issues. The room I received was better than the one shown when I originally booked, and specifically the bathroom was much more spacious than expected. The toilet, shower and overall bathroom area were nicely clean. The location is very central but can be intimidating and can feel unsafe. It was greatly appreciated that upon arrival there was a whole bottle of water and cups of tea.

Cons:

What should be fixed is probably the overall cleanliness of the room since the carpets were definitely not clean and the curtains were stained. Also the walls were stained sporadically. What would also be appreciated is to add shutters to the windows, instead of the outdated blackout curtains. Lastly, probably it would be better for the electricity to be adapted in a way that when you close the lights to sleep at night, the plugs stay on. Because it’s impossible to charge your phone at night while you sleep the way it is.

Hat für mich gut getaugt.
Pros:

Die Lage nahe am Bahnhof. In meinem Zimmer zum Hinterhof war es trotz der Lage - viel Verkehr - auch bei offenen Fenster in der Nacht ruhig. Besonders hilfreich war für mich, dass ich, bereits im Vorfeld und dann auch noch vor Ort, wichtige Hilfe beim Einchecken bekam und mir alle Einzelheiten sehr gut erklärt wurden.

Könnte ich so nicht sagen.

Wer günstig schlafen will den gerne hier aber sonst nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer modern

Cons:

Es ist auf den Flur sehr laut wird sich nicht an Ruhe Zeiten gehalten und im Innenhof wird von 4-6 Mega lauter Lärm gemacht das man nicht mehr schlafen kann
Also wenn man da schon ist im Hotel sollte man Security einstellen der da wache auf den Fluren läuft und Ruhe Zeiten einhält
Wasserhähne sind sehr verkalkt und teils Schimmel
Betten viel zu hart

Pros:

Gute Lage. Kaffee, Tee, Mineralwasser frei erhältlich auf Zimmer.

Cons:

Zimmerausstattung teilweise in schlechtem Zustand. Matratze vollständig durchgelegen. Lattenrost brach unter mir bei einfachem Liegen. Waschbecken hält Wasser nicht, was das Rasieren erschwert.

Pros:

Es war klein und sauber.
Kann ich nur weiteren.
Allerdings sprechen die Leute an der Rezeption nur englisch, obwohl das Hotel in Deutschland ist.
Das finde ich nicht schön. Zumal ich kein englisch kann.

Enttäuschend, frustrierend und traurig! Niemals wieder dieses Hotel

Nichts außer die nahe Lage zum Bahnhof

Cons:

Da wir unsere gebuchte Kategorie ( Superior ) nicht bekommen haben, sondern nur das Standard-Zimmer, waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Außerdem hat im Bad der Föhn gefehlt, es gab keine einzige Steckdose im Bad. Anstatt gebuchtem Doppelbett hatten wir zwei Einzelbetten, kein Wasserkocher und Ventilator vorhanden, was aber angegeben war und auf der Rechnung ersichtlich ist.
Haben uns direkt mit dem Personal in Verbindung gesetzt, null Einsicht, im Gegenteil, der Fehler wurde auf Booking geschoben.
Bei zwei versuchten Telefonaten wurde der Hörer abgenommen und direkt wieder aufgelegt. Einfach nur unverschämt und traurig so mit den Gästen umzugehen. Eine sehr unangenehme und enttäuschende Erfahrung!
Die einzig freundliche und nette Person war die Dame vom Reinigungsservice!

Comfortable room, but sounds outside in the hall were a little loud.
Pros:

Smooth self-check in. Very clean and nice facilities. Location is great

Cons:

It could get loud out in the hallway and I would hear the sound of closing doors and people talking and moving things especially due to echo, which slightly disturbed my sleep.
