Pros:

Pre rodiny s deťmi úžasná voľba. Bazén, tobogány, výrivky, sauny, detský kútik a herna - všetko v cene, bowling za príplatok tiež výborný. Izby v pohodičke, boli sme 2+1 a dostali sme dve izby s dvoma kúpeľňami. Raňajky veľký výber a výborne. Pobyt 👍. V Rumii dobré reštaurácie (ceny rovnaké ako na celom Pomoransku a porcie masaker).

Cons:

Mesto Rumia nič moc.
Ale s tým sme počítali, hotel je preto stavaný tak aby ste tam strávili kľudne celý deň. Každopádne dostať sa do Trojmestia alebo na Hel nebol problém. Využívali sme MHD.

Bardzo niesmaczna kuchnia.
SPA przereklamowany. Woda w jacuzzi chłodna, w saunie puszczają głośną muzykę, ludziom każą korzystać z sauny w strojach kąpielowych, personal sprząta saunę przed zamknięciem i otwiera drzwi, seans w saunie zakończony 5 minut przed planowanym czasem rozpoczęcia, brak strefy ciszy dla wypoczynku po saunie - leżaki są w miejscach zabaw dla dzieci.

Hotel nie jest może najnowocześniejszy i z pewnością wymaga remontu czy odświeżenia, ale jest to Hotel typowo rodzinny i idealny na pobyt z dziećmi. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Popracowałabym nad animacjami i zaangażowaniem animatorki, bo było dość słabe. Niemniej jednak nie można się tutaj nudzić a przede wszystkim dzieci się nie nudzą i zawsze mają towarzystwo rówieśnicze. Personel i obsługa śniadań na 6, na 6 oceniam też Pana portiera, który jest wyjątkowo pomocna I miła osobą. Wizytówka hotelu jak dla mnie.

Popracowałabym nad karta restauracji, zwiększeniu zaangażowania animatorki i poprawię czystości i komfortu sali zabaw. Nas pokój byl dobrze sprzątnięty również w trakcie pobytu ale byli goście którzy zgłaszali zastrzeżenia.
