Pros:

Персонал приветливый, отзывчивый. В номерах есть весь необходимый минимум для проживания ( чай, кофе, вода на этаже, кухонный аннекс на этаже общий для всех). В нашем номере были халаты, тапки одноразовые можно докупить на ресепшене. Территория ухожена, много разных двориков. Сауны, бассейны, соляная комната в цене номера. Есть игровые залы, боулинг, сквош, теннис (мы не играли, но видела, что это за дополнительную плату). Видно, что ориентируются на семьи с детьми. Если планируете посещать спа-зону, то нужно иметь с собой тапки для бассейна. Номер большой, чистый. Есть парковка ( цену не знаю, т.к. были без машины). Завтрак был не очень разнообразным, но достаточным и вкусным, порадовало обилие вкусных рыбных блюд. Ну с зеленью и овощами не очень. Есть ресторан и лаунж бар, зоны для курения.
Получили огромное удовольствие от зоны бассейнов и спа. Единственное для меня конечно печально, что все работает только до 21.00. Но с другой стороны это понятно, что все зоны обширные, требующие ухода и наличия персонала.

Cons:

При заказе номера висит фото очень современного ремонта с кроватью кинг-сайз. Я так поняла, что номера данного формата есть разные. По факту номер действительно большой и чистый, но уже стремящийся к необходимости ремонта ( подуставшее покрытие, мебель и пуфы). Вид из окна на крышу и окна напротив, во время дождя тарабанит по крыше и ненавязчиво слышно звуки вытяжки или климатизации. Шумоизоляция в номере не очень, отлично слышали темы обсуждаемые весёлыми соседками. Ну и конечно надо учитывать, что в отеле очень много семей с маленькими детьми. Но даже все это больше не негативные суждения, а так уточнение фактов.

Единственное, что реально не понравилось, что заявленная в номере двуспальная кровать размера кинг-сайз в реальності оказалась кинг-сайзом из сдвинутых двух кроватей. Меня реально бесят эти сдвинутые матрасы.

Pros:

Basen super. Śniadania urozmaicone. Pracownicy recepcji bardzo pomocni. Pokój mieliśmy duży, przyjemna przestrzeń. Jedlismy raz obiad- przepyszny. Za malo czasu było na sprawdzenie innych atrakcji.

W poprzednim roku w grocie solnej były leżaki gdzie można było naprawdę odpocząć i nawet zasnąć :) teraz są krzesełka- tyle że bujane... nie do końca spełnia to rolę...
