Cons:

Le lit n'était pas confortable, la kitchenette n'avait pas de plaque de cuisson et l'on entendait tout les bruits du couloir. La surface était inférieure à celle indiquée.

The shower was pretty bad. plastic shower curtain that was dirty on the bottom, stuck to me when I showered... Only 2 tea bags.

Close to Railway station.easy to get to city or suncorp stadium.train to airport good.

Cons:

No hot water on first night.not a fan of cold shower in the morning..Apartment suited my needs but looks tired.carpet awful with lots of waves..not a fan of shower over bath.

Great location for a good time
Pros:

Location was great although its 2-3blocks from night clubs so it can be noisey. Great access to food and the nightlife.

Cons:

no smoking on the balcony seems a bit sad, not the end of the world but thats the rules. the first morning I had a cold shower, it wouldn't get warm, possibly due to others also in the shower. it was good when I showered late at night instead.
