Correct.
Pros:

Propre, bien situé si vous allez à l’Université Laval comme moi. Par contre chambre vraiment de base, même pas de cadre sur le mur. Climatiseur bruyant. Si vous souhaitez autre chose comme option repas que le Boston Pizza, peu d’options à distance de marche.

Cons:

Très ordinaire.

Emplacement près de toutes les commodités. Personnel vraiment gentil et compétent. Belle petite piscine. Restaurant Boston Pizza adjacent l'hotel. Rapidité du check in et check out.

Cons:

Chambre petite (surtout la salle de bain). Lits avec matelas a ressorts. L'hôtel manque de soin en général (bris, taches sur les murs, manque de peinture, tapis des escaliers taché...

Bedroom without any window.
Pros:

Location of the hotel is closed to many restaurants and public transit station.

Cons:

There was no window in the room.
The smart TV wasn't able to work properly(unable to get access to Netflix, Prime tv, etc.)
The swimming pool is narrow.

Pros:

Good mattress. Large TV. A lot of parking. Nice staff! Parrots in the hall and nice sofa and tables in the hall.

Cons:

I can hear others snoring and toilet flushing from upstairs. Pool water is very cold.

L'eau du bain ne voulais pas a moitier il y avais plein de résidus de savons dans le bain le système de feu part en pleine nuit j'ai entendu tout les autre porte de chambre claquer tout la nuit mauvaise nuit
