Ocean Club Hotel

Our shower did not drain and made a loud nose when turned on. House keeper did not give us new toilet paper or soaps when they cleaned the room. The restaurant staff we extremely unfriendly. Pricing for for breakfast was outrageous.

First time stay at this hotel. Eboni was very helpful at the front desk as were the others in the hotel. Any requests we had were attended to. Nice location/ easy access to all

Location was great from parking, beach access ,pool access and very close to alot of places and washington strip mall, service, house keeping was great very neat and maintained Hotel i recommend highly front desk was very helpful explaining everything from the moment i got there until i left Thank You Eboni

As always, we enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Club! Rita is so helpful w our reservation, Eboni, Dora and Sandee at the front desk are great. We wanted the 4th floor like we do every year and Eboni was able to make this work. Also Niles on the beach for chairs and umbrella is so wonderful, almost like a family friend now ! Staff at the pool and tiki bar were nice too. 😊. Thank you Ocean Club, we will be back in the fall.

I stayed in a room with an ocean view on the penthouse level, which is adults only. It’s a two room suite, spacious, with a balcony overlooking the beach.
The location is great! The beach is across Beach Avenue. Beach tags and chairs are provided by the hotel. The main shopping area is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
Eboni, at the front desk, checked us in and also checked us out. She is efficient, professional, and friendly; answering all of our questions.
Also a shout-out to Mike on the switchboard. He helped us locate and save some clothing we left behind (ALWAYS check all drawers and wardrobes!).

Andy, in charge of night shift for the front desk, gets a platinum star for going above and beyond. We got in very early (4am) of our check-in date hoping we could get into our room - after an 8hr drive. Unfortunately, hotel was sold out, so when we came back later that morning around 11, Andy had alerted the morning shift that we would be coming in “very tired” and had asked to get a room ready for us as soon as possible. To my surprise, they had gotten our room ready early and we got to check in. Then during checkout, he remembered our name and was so very pleasant. Service, overall, amazing. Location, great for families. Ocean/beach chair service was super convenient. Definitely recommend.

This place made my 1st trip to Cape May the most seamless stay ever! My family and I literally made a last minute decision to take a trip here and this place made us feel so welcome. Big shout out to Eboni for making our plans and special requests so stress free; I can't thank her enough for helping us with every detail! Perfect location with the beach right across with a complimentary beach pass, towels and beach chairs to use for guests. I recommend this place to anyone coming to Cape May.

The rooms are disgusting dirty with urine on the mattress and mildew. Blood stains on sheets. And the best part of this is that I’ve been coming here for 10 year and the best they were able to do is give me $100 off one night like that’s a joke.
It was extremely insulting. This isn’t a $200 a night room it’s $1000 a night. The Manger Mike had the nerve to say that’s all he can do after being a continuous customer for over 10 years at time twice a year and that’s how I got treated.
So disappointing.

I don't even know where to begin. First, here are a few observations. I've never seen a hotel with parking in the back, no valet. You're on your own. For the price point of the room, expected much more. I suppose we're used to a higher end stay. The shower was silly. Have not heard of a half glass wall, that when you turn the water on, the floor gets drenched. Second, continuing on to the acceptable. Location is optimal, being across the street from the beach. Eboni at the front desk, as I would agree with others, was wonderful. She frankly, was the highlight of the trip. The pool is nice, but of course balls flying all around, who can enjoy it? The drinks at the pool were very good. The Sea Salt restaurant had decent fare, but need to hire a qualified manager to operate better. All in all, an average stay at best. Most likely will keep searching in Cape May.

Eboni at the front desk was wonderful! The location, pool and proximity to the beach were great! The room was updated with a beautiful ocean (and pool) view - and a balcony. Overall, the hotel could use a refresh but the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Eboni was delightful and informative. The rooms were spacious and clean. Great proximity to Washington Square, shopping, and restaurants. We will be back.

Walking distance to the historic district, fabulous food, and steps away from the beach. Special shout out to Eboni and Dora at the front desk- always greeted you with a smile and did whatever possible to make your stay enjoyable. Make sure to book your stay directly with the hotel rather than a third party like Expedia-you'll save money. We will return but request an ocean/pool view room next time.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the ocean Club Hotel. Eboni, at the front desk was very helpful with recommendations for activities and restaurants. Sammy, the pool attendant was amazing and very kind. We didn't want to leave. Loved our ocean view from the balcony! we will return!l

Staff was great and friendly.

We did our mini-moon here and had the absolute best time! Eboni at the front was super helpful and had amazing recommendations! We even ended up extending an extra night because we were having such a great time. The pool is great and the beach is so easy. The attendants at beach and pool made the stay extra fun. The tiki hut was also so fun with amazing drinks and food!

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights . I spoke to Linda over the phone who works at the front desk whom was so helpful and friendly when I booked my trip. She actually remembered our conversation and my name the day we checked in …. She asked me how my puppy was doing and about other topics we discussed…. Our room was ocean front and just beautiful. Newly renovated as Linda has said over our phone conversation…. The beach was jut a walk accross the street and the hotel had pins for us to gain access as long as our stay was .. someone from the hotel gave us lounge chairs , towels and an umbrella … the hotels pool also was beautiful and heated ! Felt like bath water. Another lady named Eboni was also at the Front desk and extremely helpful and friendly as well . Eboni told me to always book straight from the hotel
Never through a third party , as is is more expensive booking of not straight through the hotel. It can be $100 more a night . My husband and I will definitely plan on coming back to this hotel to stay in the future ! I have been recommending it to others .
