won’t stay again
Pros:

i didn’t eat the breakfast

Cons:

on my first night there i went down and talked to amber and told them how my bathroom door wouldn’t close and how the toilet didn’t flush properly. you literally had to let the toilet sit after using it so the bowl could fill with water. work orders were put into was supposed to be fixed saturday when i was out of the room. well they wasn’t so you had to use the bathroom with the damn door open. When i checked out sunday i told the front desk lady about it and how nothing was ever done well she said she was gonna to refund me for a night and it never happened. My husband has worked in the hotel industry for 18 years as a facility director he was very disappointed especially bc they both were an easy fix that could have been done in 10 mins.

Walking in was a beautiful setting. The pool table, bar,seats, fireplace, and big tv. And a good view of the indoor pool. It’s great for family’s and couples

Cons:

Needs a breakfast bar. Most places have a small continental breakfast. Like we added on the empty space underneath the TV near the fireplace. And it should come with the room.

Disappointed
Pros:

Location is great! The airport shuttle was convenient and the driver was friendly. The Tuesday night bartender was also great!

Cons:

Front desk staff were completely disengaged. Ice machine(s) and laundry did not work. There was toothpaste on the side of the sink… not mine!! The only light above the bed (door side) did not work. And for a modern hotel… how are there no USB plugs in the room?!

Great location and cute modest hotel room.
Pros:

The entire experience was nice. The atmosphere is really put together. I liked that there was a gym accessible. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful.
