I know Marriott as a whole is a wonderful company. They just need to start monitoring the employees that they have.
Pros:

He was located in a nice area.

Cons:

(Amber)Hotel staff at front desk was horrible. I spent over $2,500 and was overcharged for deposits.. my daughters were locked out of their rooms for hours in the middle of the night until they finally was able to sleep in a separate room. Staff finally got their room open hours later the next morning. Was never compensated for the horrible situation from the main manager. Considering all of the money I spent at this location, never even received an apology.

Tenía buena amplitud la habitación y el baño. Las zonas comunes estaban muy bien.
En el baño hay gel, champú y acondicionador.
No es un hotel antiguo por lo que todo se ve más cuidado.

Cons:

Son pequeñas cosas las que le faltaba al hotel para mi gusto: La cafetera de la habitación no funcionaba, había tan solo tres perchas para la ropa, no había secador para el pelo, a las 4:30 pm no nos habían limpiado la habitación y ya pedí que no lo hicieran ya que quería descansar para esa hora por lo que el fallo fue que ya no había suficiente gel en la habitación para el segundo día de mi estancia.
La piscina está bastante descuidada.

Pros:

I liked the color scheme of the room.

Cons:

I don’t like that there wasn’t any breakfast and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses were hard. Also the layout of the room doesn’t make sense because it was uncomfortable having the coffee/tea next to the bathroom.
