Perfect location, super comfy
Pros:

Everything was perfect, convenient location between 2 metro stops (different lines) makes it super easy to hang around. Walking distance from the Bund (about 20 mins). Convenience store right behind the hotel, and bigger supermarket (Freshippo, look for the sign of a blue hippo) 10 mins walk right outside Laoximen metro station (you won't find it on Google maps). Staff very friendly and helpful, room superclean. I'll book again when I come back to Shanghai :)

Pros:

Просторные апартаменты с кухней и стиральной машиной. Недалеко 2 линии метро.
В номере очень чисто, уборка каждый день. Завтрак не разнообразный, но вкусный.

The front desk staff need to be a bit more friendly and warm. They felt very disinterested through the entire process although they were functional and helped with any queries.

Pros:

Расположение топ. В пешей доступности множество локации для посещения. Нанкин роуд, Французская концессия и т.д. Радом магазины продуктовые и рестораны/кафешки.
Номер хорош.
Есть кухня и стиралка со всеми необходимыми вещами принадлежностями. Фильтр для воды.
Уборка каждый день.

Cons:

Кондер шумноват был.
Завтраки могут быть и лучше.

Pros:

Hotel jest położony w centrum Szanghaju, w pobliżu głównego placu oraz deptaku. Apartament na 23-m piętrze zapewniał bardzo dobry widok na miasto. Do najbliższej stacji metra jest 5 minut piechotą. W okolicy jest wiele barów i restauracji. Personel jest bardzo pomocny. Nie było problemu z porozumieniem się po angielsku.

Cons:

Śniadanie jest najwyżej przeciętnym. Ilość oferowanych dań jest skromna. Połączenie Wi‑Fi zrywało się kilka razy w trakcie naszego pobytu, głównie w ciągu dnia. Zdecydowanie odradzamy zamawianie taksówki na lotnisko, bo podróż zajęła nam 1,5 godziny w szanghajskich korkach.

Peaceful & comfortable stay in a great location.
Pros:

The property is in a great location, and the apartment was spacious, quiet, and ideal for travellers planning a longer stay.

Cons:

One area for improvement would be the internet connection, as the room I stayed in had quite weak service. It would also be very helpful if the reception could provide tourists with a few useful local tips and important information, especially for first-time foreign visitors.

Мне очень все понравилось, замечательное расположение, очень хороший и чистый номер. По нашей просьбе нам дали этаж повыше с хорошим видом. Замечательные сотрудники, которые старались помогать.

Cons:

Один из сотрудников на ресепшн оказался очень грубым, даже и не вспомню его имя. Но человек вообще не пытался помочь решить проблему, и общался на повышенных тонах. Завтраки очень скудные, было бы неплохо добавить разнообразия.

Cómodo y con excelente ubicación.
Pros:

Está cerca de varios restaurantes, las camas son cómodas, el departamento es grande, se puede cocinar, está muy cerca del centro, el personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Un poco viejito, quizás falta hacer una limpieza profunda por ejemplo en el baño, se ve un poco descuidado.
Nosotros reservamos desayuno incluido y había poca variedad, pero nos salvó, no es desayuno occidental.
