Always very pleasant
Pros:

Excellent location, on a quiet street in the very center of Istanbul. The rooms were perfectly clean, all functioned well and the nice balconies offered us a wonderful view of Hagia Sophia and part of the Gulhane Park - as does, in fact, the terrace at the last floor, where the breakfast is served. The staff was very polite and helpful. Most convincing of all: my friend and I stayed here for the third time, and we hope to return before not very long (Inshallah!)

Cons:

The mattresses could be a bit firmer, for a better sleep. And a bit more diversity in the breakfast menu would do wonders.

Great value for money, centrally located.
Pros:

Wonderful beds, very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely to be able to use the terrace area to eat dinner we had bought elsewhere. Proximity to the T1 tram. Gulhane Park, laundry facilities, shops and restaurants.
