Een teleurstelling
Cons:

Voor ons was dit een grote tegenvaller.

We boekten één overnachting voor €264. Tot op vandaag begrijpen we niet waarom die nacht meer dan €100 duurder was dan de andere beschikbare data.

We gingen in de namiddag al inchecken. Onze kamer was toen nog niet klaar, wat geen probleem was. We gaven duidelijk aan dat we pas na 1 uur 's nachts zouden terugkeren.

Bij aankomst om 2 uur 's nachts begon de medewerker aan de receptie ongeveer een half uur op zijn computer te zoeken, zonder enige uitleg. Uiteindelijk moesten we zelf afleiden dat onze oorspronkelijk toegewezen kamer blijkbaar was doorgegeven aan iemand anders en dat het hotel ondertussen volzet was. Pas na een half uur vond hij nog een andere kamer. We kregen geen excuses of enige toelichting, enkel de sleutel van de kamer.

Aangezien we slechts enkele uren konden slapen, was dit bijzonder teleurstellend, zeker gezien de hoge prijs die we betaalden.

De kamer was wel proper, maar de koffiemachine werkte niet en er waren bovendien geen koffiepads aanwezig.

Intussen heb ik ook al twee e-mails gestuurd met de vraag om een verklaring voor wat er is misgelopen, maar daarop heb ik nooit een reactie ontvangen.

Deze ervaring staat helaas in schril contrast met de prijs die we betaalden en de service die we mochten verwachten.

Kamer was heerlijk groot en schoon
Pros:

Ik kreeg een betere kamer dan geboekt in een apart (nieuw?) gedeelte van het hotel.

Cons:

Dat ze mijn reservering eerst niet wilden respecteren terwijl ik al weken van tevoren had doorgegeven dat ik na het concert, dus ‘ ‘s nachts zou inchecken. Had zelfs bericht terug dat dat geen probleem was. Uiteindelijk moest ik heel snel met slecht bereik bij het KB stadion een betaling doen om zeker te zijn dat ik ‘/‘s nachts niet met mijn 14 jarige dochter op straat zou staan.

Lekker gaan eten en dan snel weer weg!

Cons:

Kamer op het zuiden, veel glas, geen open raam en airco stond uit. Het was 28 graden in de kamer en niet aan te koelen met zo’n airco. Vreselijk geslapen daardoor. Schimmel op de muren en deur van de douche. Bar slecht

Cons:

Leider wurde der Transfer nur morgens und abends angeboten und war zudem nur mit vorheriger Anmeldung möglich. Auf meine Nachfrage hin wurde ich mehrfach lediglich auf ein Taxi verwiesen. Ich hätte mir hier eine bessere Information und Unterstützung gewünscht, da der Transfer für mich so praktisch nicht nutzbar war.

Pros:

For a last-minute canceled flight where everyone booked the hotel closets to the airport, this was great find.

Cons:

There are no free shuttle service to and from the airport on Sunday afternoon and evenings when my flight was cancelled. There is also no free shuttle to the airport for early morning Monday travel to the airport. I had to get to the airport at 4:45am . The hotel staff themselves are fantastic. The shuttle they organized for me was supposed to be 25 Euros payment in total for one way. The taxi service the hotel employed, and the taxi driver charged 30 euros at the drop off point. This was a bad experience as there was an agreed to fee when organized at the hotel and a different higher fee at the point where I needed to pay and just get to the airport to catch the plane.
