Cons:

Onduidelijke communicatie over gebruik van de shuttle-service. Blijkt gratis te zijn als je vooraf reserveert, maar dat is niet terug te vinden, op de site staat een prijs die niet klopt. Ter plekke gebruik maken van de shuttle was (enkele reis) meer dan 25 euro en dus ook duurder dan een taxi. Als we dat hadden geweten hadden we wel een duurder hotel geboekt waar de shuttle wel bij inbegrepen is! De communicatie hierover door de chauffeur en de medewerker aan de receptie was ronduit onbeschoft en er was ook niets meer af te spreken (of alsnog te reserveren).

Mooie kamer met goed bed
Pros:

We vonden het erg attent dat onze kamer een upgrade kreeg.
De kamer was schoon, ruim en er was airco.
Matrassen waren erg goed
Mooie kamer.
Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
We komen graag terug.

Cons:

De glazen deur naar de badkamer ging heel zwaar open/dicht.
Verder viel ons niets tegen.
