4 star my bum more like 2.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed,fantastic shower,very good breakfast pure orange juice(no chepo version) fantastic variety,lovely staff, but very expensive, near airport.

Cons:

We had no choice but to stay here our flight to Ireland was cancelled. We stayed in the executive room so we expected excellent service and a fantastic room which was not the case.1st of all the room was half cleaned rubbish bin was not cleaned and replaced we did not have tea bags milk etc nothing was replaced had to ask reception it was not done that night only in the afternoon next day as we had to stay 2more days.hotels were fully booked with UK airport disruptions which should not be an excuse for bad service after paying alot of money on this room. I hated that we could not open a window for fresh air and no English tea bags only earl grey rubbish. We had to buy our own English teabags and milk and drinks.we stayed in a lovely wee hotel called thearme spa hotelin grimage was fantastic only a 2star but fantastic ratings and close to were we needed to go for diomand league athletics we were used to comfort and 10star service and the staff were fantastic defo stay there again but as for this so called 4star hotel I would never stay again or recommend it to anyone. But as my friend said at least we had a bed to sleep in not on the airport floor.🤣😂

Superbe séjour !
Pros:

Tout! L établissement est superbe, le petit déjeuner très bon, on a été surclassé au niveau de la chambre et c était une superbe chambre et tellement confortable !
Le personnel est très gentil … tout était parfait nous reviendrons

Een fijne slaap ervaring
Pros:

Slapen was perfect ,omdat ik nogal lang ben,en dit paste precies in de bedden die jullie hebben

Cons:

Eten was gemiddeld.
Was niet echt warm
We hadden het besteld en binnen 5 min was het er al( of het al klaar lag)
Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en sprak ook gewoon Nederlands
En...omdat mijn vrouw slecht ter been is had ik gevraagd of dat ze een kamer in de buurt van de lift hadden ,en daar hadden ze inderdaad rekening mee gehouden. Minpuntje was het koffie apparaat die deed het maar half( moet even nagekeken worden)

Habitación muy amplia y limpia. El colchón era muy cómodo y el baño estaba muy bien.

Cons:

Solo nos dieron una tarjeta para la habitación y para moverse por el hotel necesitas la tarjeta.
