Great service, comfortable stay, and only a few minor issues to improve.
Pros:

La bienvenida fue excelente y el personal fue muy amable. Nos ayudaron con el check in anticipado, lo cual agradecemos mucho. En general, todo estuvo muy bien y disfrutamos de nuestra estancia. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo.

Durante el día había obras de renovación dentro del hotel, por lo que se escuchaba algo de ruido. Además, el techo de placas de yeso frente a los ascensores necesita reparación y una nueva capa de pintura, ya que es una zona visible para los huéspedes y no da una buena impresión.

Aparte de esos pequeños detalles, todo fue excelente. Muchas gracias.

Magnifique hôtel rénové, chambre très belle avec l’emplacement proche de la rambla

Cons:

Dommage que l’équipement frigo n’est pas conforme. Il manque encore quelque détails car ils sont en travaux

Pros:

Location was excellent. Right off Las Ramblas, great shopping and food right outside the hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were nice, clean and modern.

Cons:

It would have been nice if the rooms came with water bottles, it's really something basic that the room did not provide.

Pros:

Väldigt fint för att vara 3 stjärnor, bra städat och fint decor. Perfekt läge nära till shopping och metro precis utanför. Lätt att ta sig till stranden rekommenderar köpa tex 3 dagars biljett om ni är där i tre dagar. Den biljetten funkar även om man åker till flygplatsen med Metro.

No air in the room - 109 to close, The window front to another building
Ac front of the bed so basically you can’t sleep with ac on.
No coffee water or tea bags in the room, cups are available but no tea / coffee
