It was an ok place. Staff are great but would not stay here again.
Pros:

The place is clean and the staff are very helpful and nice. Location was also good as it always around some good restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The place is a bit boring during the day. I would’ve liked to hear some music playing at the pool all day long. Just to give it some life.

The way they list charges on the app is quite stupid. They split the food vs drinks but does not give you details of the charges. You have no idea what charge is for what. It does not give you a detailed breakdown of the charge. Just the total. You can order 3 drinks and be charged for 4. Not saying they do this but I’m sure it has happened even by mistake some times. It should be more transparent and clear so guests can see the invoice and view to make sure they are not being charged for anything. There’s no transparency. Dishonest staff can easily put in a tip as example which happened to me without me saying so.

Lastly the room service bs breakfast is quite stupid. I paid for breakfast included for my stay. It means I paid for breakfast already. I can go to restaurant and eat whatever is there without being charged. However. If I do breakfast as room service. They charge you the whole thing for food as if you ordered it. The food comes from the same restaurant. Why am I paying twice for breakfast only because I chose to eat it in my room? This doesn’t make any sense. I can see a charge of room service for brining up food as example. But to charge me the food items like it’s not the same as eating it in the restaurant is just dumb.

Sunset bar has so much potential but is under used. For starters, during the hot months, think of purchasing fans to circulate the air so it’s not so stuffy and damn hot. You want guest to come sit be comfortable so they will order drinks. Again play some music.

Idéalement placer pour profiter de la plage

La proximité de la plage et surtout la qualité du petit-déjeuner exceptionnel

Wir waren mit unserem 5 mt alten Baby da und für unsere Bedürnisse hat ein Kinderpool gefehlt - aber wenn Kinder grösser sind passt es obwohl der Pool eher überschaubar ist und für Erwachsene ist alles vorhanden wases braucht.
