Bel hôtel idéal pour un couple avec les prestations attendues pour un 5*

Beauté de l'hôtel: Il est très beau, le jardin est magnifique, c'est un vrai plaisir de s'y promener ! 2 piscines
Confort/ literie: Top !
Propreté: Tout était très propre !
Accueil/ Staff: Le personnel était très accueillant mais surtout l'équipe de cuisine ! Merci à George au Dauphin et à Stéphanie du Café des Arts ! Mention spéciale à Robert pour ses attentions !
Nourriture/ Petit-déjeuner: Très qualitative, excellente ! Merci aux chefs pour tous ces choix et toutes ces saveurs locales créoles (fruit à pain, patate douce incroyablement bonne). Tout était vraiment délicieux: des croissants aux plats en général en passant par la cuisine du restaurant de plage !
Environnement/ Commerces: Le village est très calme et il y a quelques commerces et restaurants.
Salle de sport: Très bien !
Animations en soirée: L'équipe fait vraiment en sorte que vous puissiez passer du bon temps (soirées DJ organisées etc)
Activités extérieures/ Commerces:
Plage de l'hôtel: Exceptionnelle et très grande ! On ne l'oubliera pas de si tôt ! Les algues gâchent un peu parfois quand c'est la période mais il faut simplement que l'hôtel la nettoie tous les 2 jours.

Cons:

Déco de la chambre: Cela ne correspond pas à nos goûts personnels mais la terrasse est top !
Offre TV: Pas terrible mais comme dans tous les hôtels de l'île quasiment

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in diesem Hotel.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war ausgezeichnet. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist sehr liebevoll mit vielen Details. Insbesondere waren die Servicekräfte Dinesh und Da Silva ausgezeichnet.

Cibo spettacolare, buffet di cena variegato e con pietanze di ottima qualità (penso di aver mangiato la più buona bistecca di tonno della mia vita).
Staff davvero gentile e disponibile, molto efficiente.
Posizione super su Cote d’Or.

Cons:

Solo un piccolo appunto, del tutto arginabile! Le camere ocean sono bellissime e di nuova realizzazione, unica cosa non sono grandissime ed il bagno è in continuo con la zona notte

Everything. Honestly, everything. But the person who deserves the best mention is Robert. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had a comfortable stay, a beautiful room, spoiled at dinner with endless choices, delicious food, warm energy and kindness all around. The rooms are very clean, comfy, very high end, access to beach is amazing, and Robert creates a very homely vibe. We loved our stay here.

Nagyon szép szálloda, vendégszerető alkalmazottak, kiváló konyha, gyönyörű saját tengerpart.
Pros:

Remek szálloda, gyönyörű, gondozott kertben. Szép és tágas szobánk volt. A hotelnek csodás saját tengerpartja van, nincs tengeri moszat, nagyon jól lehet fürödni az azúrkék vízben. A parton kényelmes nyugágyak, vannak és árnyék is van. Nagyon kedves, figyelmes mindenki a szállodában.. Minden nap beszélgettünk Roberttel, a szálloda tulajdonosával. Hilda és Hillary is nagyon segítőkészek , kedvesek voltak mindig. A pincérek az étteremben szintén nagyon kedvesek és barátságosak a vendégekkel. A reggeli és a vacsora nagyon jó volt, óriási a választék, nagyon igényesen elkészített, finom ételek.

Cons:

A természet közelsége miatt sok madár van a szálloda kertjében, ami nagyon jó, de meg kellene oldani azok távoltartását az étteremtől.

Exceptional views and comfort in Villa 180 but with a treacherous drive

Cons:

Driving up the hill to the villa is very hard and potentially very dangerous for inexperienced drivers and international drivers who might not be used to steep hill driving. Hotel should provide and option to not have to drive and get pickup / dropoff on requested times.

A great place to stay, especially for couples and families with grow-ups. Definitely worth a stay.
Pros:

Le Duc de Praslin is definitely a lovely place to stay.
The owner, Mr Payet, is a very kind person: we stayed at a neighbouring resort and we did not know how to reach his property. He offered to come pick us up for free, which we really appreciated. His vision is clearly visible and recognizable in every part of the resort. He is very present around the facilities and enjoys talking to customers while sharing a drink at the bar.
Le Duc is probably the most comprehensive resort on the island: it is thought and designed in the style of European resorts, offering several services to its customers (e.g.: a gym, a spa, more than one restaurant and bar) and with direct access to the beach. Sea-beds are available for free but better arrive early to secure the place.
Our family room was super big and well decorated, the kids loved the space and the giant TV screen with lots of channels available.
Breakfast and food in general was good, the choice was rather ample and every evening there was a decent turnover in terms of dishes on offer.

Cons:

Apart from leaving, a very few things: we would have liked more attention to the kids (no beach toys were available to them, for example). It is probably a managerial choice to attract couples rather than families with small children.
Bar staff was slow to react and in general bar services could be improved, in our opinion.
The bathroom (which was super big) was in kind of different style relative to the rest of the room, it looked not renovated and a bit worn out.
I would have loved the place to be less glittering and more nestled within the local culture.
