Nice, modern, clean, good food
Pros:

Food was good, variety, well presented

Cons:

sunbeds were always reserved, GF bread was available on request but took forever to arrive, GF in general was poor, had to pay for an upgrade as according to the booking we were not Prestige (as booked)

Not what I expected
Pros:

The hotel was pretty well located for us. Close the beach, water park and some really nice restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic, there was a great selection.

Cons:

The double bed was two fold up beds pushed together.
The tap in the bathroom came away from the sink because the bolt had rusted through.

I will it hard to better this holiday
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and polite. The choice and quality of food was outstanding

The parasols were unstable and some did blow around nearly hitting some residents

Si disfrutas de comer rico Te va a encantar !
Pros:

La comida fue de lo mejor que he visto en hoteles. Ubicado muy cerca a del puerto. Llegamos caminando desde el ferry. Tienen filtros de agua por todo el hotel para mantenerse hidratado. Te dejan una botella de vidrio en la habitación por si querés tener agua ahí siempre. Súper lindo baño. Pudimos jugar tenis, te dan las raquetas.

Nice all inclusive hotel
Pros:

Food, they clearly have a lot of families and there are tools and food for children
Location, quite area, next to the beach, a bit of a walk to the main town but nice walk
Swimming pools

Cons:

Room cleaning schedule, our room was not cleaned one day, the mini bar lady came twice during our son nap time, so it could be improved
Somehow they allowed guests with glass drinks in the children swimming pool, that is a massive hazard risk. If one of them breaks it will be very difficult to collect all the pieces and make the facility safe
The corridors and the rooms need some renovations, especially the bathroom, no small light ( it will be good not to have to turn on the big light especially if a child is sleeping on the sofa bed next to it), the shampoo etc are generally far from sink and shower

Han sido unas maravillosas vacaciones en un sitio único.
Pros:

Sobre todo el magnífico servicio, amabilidad y profesionalidad de los empleados. Muy bonita la terraza y las piscinas. El bufet muy cuidado y variado.

Cons:

Mi habitación (4002), tenía muchas cucarachas. Supongo que como estaba en la planta baja entraban por debajo de la puerta pero era muy desagradable encontrar varias cada día en el dormitorio, en el baño y en el pasillo

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Friendly staff. Good location. Close to safe beach. Excellent breakfast. Warmish pool. Lovely room. There was a kettle, coffee machine, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion

Cons:

The water in the shower was not consistant.
It did get way too hot. Dangerously so

Pas à la hauteur d un 5 étoiles

La qualité et la quantité des repas .

Les chambres avec enfants
Nous avons eu une chambre au rez de chaussée : la chambre adulte donne sur le couloir avec fenêtre à hauteur du passage et un salon qui est utilisé ( canapés ) pour faire dormir nos enfants.

Piscine chauffée payante , massage nul.

Nous étions en star prestige et il serait bien de mettre des étiquettes avec description des plats car souvent dans les buffets nous ne savions pas ce que nous mangions
