A valid identity document must be presented at the time of registration. This property does not admit the entry of children under 18 without the company of their parents, guardian or guardian duly accredited, in accordance with Law No. 30802. All children under 18 years of age must have an DNI or passport to be identified.
Dogs with a maximum weight of 18kg are admitted with an additional cost of USD 49.00 per night per dog. Only two dogs per room will be admitted.

In accordance with Peru's fiscal regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying over 59 days in Peru) are required to pay 18% sales tax. To be exempt from paying the 18% sales tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and of their passport.
It is necessary to present both documents in order to qualify for sales tax payment exemption. Otherwise, guests will have to pay the indicated tax. This tax is applicable in the case of rooms shared by guests who have to pay the sales tax and guests exempt from paying the sales tax.
Foreign business guests who request a printed invoice are also required to pay 18% sales tax, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.

The hotel is incredible! The location is perfect, 30sec to the main square (Plaza de armas) and the staff extremally kind and swite. Gilbert and all of the other members were very nice. I’d recommend and come back everytime I visit Cusco. What a experience!
We were warmly welcomed at the Casa Andina hotel. Gilbert and all the other staff members were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. The location is amazing, very close to Plaza de Armas, and you can easily explore everything on foot.
I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back, as I have never been so well received and cared for during a stay.

beds were uncomfortable, toilet didn't work properly, no elevator, steps can really be hard at this altitude

Everyone at Catedral was courteous and very profesional. They promptly answered your questions and were quick to help. The placement is a bonus, just a few steps from the main plaza and the Cathedral. Heydi at the breakfast buffet was especially courteous and answered to my question about the different kinds of bread from which to choose. Thank you Heydi!

Staying at Casa Andina Standard Catedral has been a great experience. All the staff is very friendly and they make you feel secure and comfortable. Special thanks to Thalia and Ernersto at the front desk. They are always with a warm smile. Thanks to Ivan as well. He is so kind and helpful with the luggage.

This Cas Andena location is a great place to stay if you’re coming to Cusco. It is very centrally located, right next to plaza de armas (the main square of town). As soon as we entered the hotel, we were greeted by friendly, accommodating staff and a hot cup of coca tea to help with altitude sickness. The staff assisted in carrying our luggage to our room as there is no elevator in the building. The hotel itself is very clean and features some traditional Peruvian elements with a mix of modern. The rooms were clean with a good amount of storage space. Only complaint is how thin the doors and walls are. You could hear every door open and every footstep as people walked down the halls. Otherwise, we had a great stay. And the hotel also provides a great spread for breakfast every morning with local fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, coffee/espresso, yogurt, toast, and more. They also have a tea bar available with hot water 24/7. One staff member named Gilbert was extremely kind and personable. He took almost an hour of his time speaking with us, giving restaurant recommendations, and filling us in on local culture. We could not have asked for a better experience.
