A valid identity document must be presented at the time of registration. This property does not admit the entry of children under 18 without the company of their parents, guardian or guardian duly accredited, in accordance with Law No. 30802. Dogs with a maximum weight of 18kg are admitted with an additional cost of USD 49.00 per night per dog. Only two dogs per room will be admitted.

In accordance with Peru's fiscal regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying over 59 days in Peru) are required to pay 18% sales tax. To be exempt from paying the 18% sales tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and of their passport.
It is necessary to present both documents in order to qualify for sales tax payment exemption. Otherwise, guests will have to pay the indicated tax. This tax is applicable in the case of rooms shared by guests who have to pay the sales tax and guests exempt from paying the sales tax.
Foreign business guests who request a printed invoice are also required to pay 18% sales tax, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.

This Cas Andena location is a great place to stay if you’re coming to Cusco. It is very centrally located, right next to plaza de armas (the main square of town). As soon as we entered the hotel, we were greeted by friendly, accommodating staff and a hot cup of coca tea to help with altitude sickness. The staff assisted in carrying our luggage to our room as there is no elevator in the building. The hotel itself is very clean and features some traditional Peruvian elements with a mix of modern. The rooms were clean with a good amount of storage space. Only complaint is how thin the doors and walls are. You could hear every door open and every footstep as people walked down the halls. Otherwise, we had a great stay. And the hotel also provides a great spread for breakfast every morning with local fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, coffee/espresso, yogurt, toast, and more. They also have a tea bar available with hot water 24/7. One staff member named Gilbert was extremely kind and personable. He took almost an hour of his time speaking with us, giving restaurant recommendations, and filling us in on local culture. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We stayed at Casa Andina during our stay in Cusco. The staff was super welcoming and made our stay much more pleasant. Shout-out to Zunilda Heydy for always being so kind during our breakfast time.
Lovely hotel great staff but the room was next to the stairs so we could hear all the reception noise
Heydi was very nice and pleasant!! Very kind to all guests. Victor was excellent and very professional! The staff overall was great!! I will definitely recommend this hotel stay. The hotel to my husband and I is rated at 100%. Super clean, organized and comfortable! We loved it very much!

I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Andina Cathedral. It is very central being around the corner from Plaza de Armas.
But what made the stay more wonderful were the friendly and helpful staff. Thalpa, Heidy, Zunilda, Saul, Victor, Walter, and Ernesto were all friendly and welcoming and made me feel right at home.
If you them know if you have any dietary needs in advance of breakfast time, they will make sure you will not go hungry!
