It is necessary to present both documents in order to qualify for sales tax payment exemption. Otherwise, guests will have to pay the indicated tax. This tax is applicable in the case of rooms shared by guests who have to pay the sales tax and guests exempt from paying the sales tax.
Foreign business guests who request a printed invoice are also required to pay 18% sales tax, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.

Beautifully restored colonial complex, all the rooms are located around a number of interconnected lovely green courtyards.
The location is perfect for visiting all the sights in the centre, everything is at walking distance but away from the noise of bars in the plaza de armas.
I really recommend this hotel!
The bar area was too cold for comfort, the fireplace was hardly ever on and should be kept lit throughout the late afternoon/evening to make the seating area more inviting

Can hear people’s voices walking down the hall because of traditional structure. Not a lot of natural light in rooms for same reason.

Beautiful hotel with many great restaurants nearby. The breakfast is excellent, and it’s only a 5-minute walk from Plaza de Armas. The rooms are very cozy, and the hotel staff are very welcoming and well trained. I would definitely stay here again.
