Pros:

Location was great! Pool area was really nice.

Cons:

Beds were awful! Not sure about the King size bed but the queen mattress was so uncomfortable, it killed our backs. Was going to stay another night but decided to head home to our comfortable bed instead.

Pros:

Breakfast was plentiful but we didn't eat it but once. That is on us not staff.

Cons:

This is about booking.com, Mt confirmation was 2 queen beds with a view , our view was the parking lot. When approached the desk clerk he was rude , I'm my opinion. He said he could do nothing because we went through a 3rd party. I have since texted with resort and they confirmed his answer so my complaint should reflect on booking.com not music road. I had other questions for him but just let it go , felt like we were 2nd. Rate because didn't go directly through the resort. Got overcharged and taken advantage of by "Vacations Made Easy" , that is who I purchased show tickets from. I don't know, it's been years but I use to bring my elderly mother and aunt and we always stayed at Music Road, room was nicer and had a view. I guess they are doing there best and I probably expected too much.

Overall our stay was good.
Pros:

My grandkids loved the pool.

Cons:

I stayed here last year and my room was a lot nicer and had a better view than this year. Also there was nowhere to park, we had to circle the parking lot several times to get parked.
