This is the Best place to stay in pigeon forge ! Our family absolutely loves it ! The pools with slides and lazy rivers
Pros:

Cleanliness, The indoor pools being open 24/7 , we have stayed here 7 or 8 times in 3 years. It’s the best in pigeon forge and we come to pigeon forge quite often .

Cons:

I literally can’t think of anything . They made it to where the breakfast had to be purchased but now it comes with the stay. I can’t think of anything I dislike

Pros:

The cleanliness, friendly atmosphere, lazy river, pools and all are so clean. Walking distance to wax museum, restaurants. Etc. This is my 3rd staying in 3 years.

Great hotel, poor service at the front desk from the girl who said she usually works at the hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, the pool was good, and the bed was comfortable enough.

Cons:

I have stayed at this resort through booking.com several times now and this is the first time that the staff at check in have told me that the room I booked is not available on the first floor. I always book the same type of room and they have always been able to give me a ground room floor in the past. This time the girl said that the type of room that I booked doesn't start until the 2nd floor. Very unhappy about that and about the noise that we could hear through the door between the rooms where we were forced to stay.

Great Family Spot!
Pros:

The location is right off of the strip. It was very convenient to get to many attractions, but not feel overwhelming. There were great breakfast options, comfortable beds, and very spacious bathroom. The indoor/outdoor pools and water park were so nice and a lot of fun!

Cons:

No complaints really, we're very happy with our stay!

Very clean hotel and very nice pool! Overall awesome stay!

Cons:

No hot tub and only 1 set of elevators. They took a very long time to get where you needed to go. Would NOT keep me from going there again, though!
