Good location and well maintained hotel offering the essentials without too many frills.
Pros:

Very central location. Rooms were clean and bathroom was in good condition.

Cons:

It would have been great to have a bar on site as other Citadines do, but that’s really only because we were travelling with a child who needed to be off the streets early!
Be careful when booking with kids. It says your child stays free but that’s only if they share your bed!

pleasant stay. nothing really to complain about.
Pros:

Great location. Close to Shunjiku station, shops etc. Area is a bit lively with bars and clubs below, but not too noisy. Staff upgraded us to executive suit for no extra charge, which was a pleasant surprise.

Cons:

toilet seat was a bit warm for my liking, but others might enjoy it..haha!

I won’t stay in this hotel again.
Pros:

As a solo traveller. I didn’t feel safe walking in and out of this hotel. There were always a bunch of men situated in the street close to the hotel that will try to talk me up each time I came in and out of my hotel which made me very uncomfortable. They looked
Like they were ip to no good. The hotel itself was okay, it did have a distinct sewage smell that I didn’t like. Personally will never stay here again.
