Good place to stay specially who are looking for fun and nightlife.
Pros:

In the heart of Shinjuku, nightlife in the street, no noise in the room, many bars and cafes just a few steps away.
Good value for money and in Japan and Tokyo room size is acceptable.

Easy to find, right by cool bars and activities. Can go out at night in Shinjuku and walk back to hotel so easily.

Had a great time, would love to return!
Pros:

Great hotel at great location at the heart of Shinjuku. Rooms are actually quite sizeable in Tokyo standard. Control of AC was cumbersome and needed some figuring out. This could this be improved for the benefit for internation travellers.

Cons:

The amenities provided are of cheap qualities and mostly useless. This can be improved since other brands like the APA provides free amenities of much better qualities.

A lovely place to stay in Tokyo
Pros:

Brilliant location, friendly staff, a nice clean room and reasonably priced for Tokyo.

Cons:

There wasn’t much to dislike though it seems to be in the middle of a nightlife district which could upset some people, though we didn’t feel unsafe or bothered walking around close to the hotel.
