Emplacement des chambres conforme à notre demande; tout était parfait

Essentiellement la gentillesse et efficacité du personnel
le bruit le soir. De la musique trés forte de 9k à 11h environ, dehors. Ma chambre située au 2è étage était au-dessus de l'orchestre qui jouait tous les soirs, heureusement pas trop tard, mais tout de même un désagrément pour moi
Geweldig hotel. We werden vanaf binnenkomst verrast. Alles overtrof onze verwachtingen. Wij hadden Star Prestige geboekt en waren erg blij met alles wat hierbij inzat. We hebben genoten van de infinity pool, de heerlijke ligbedden en de mogelijkheid om zelf je eigen (alcoholische) drankjes te halen. Ook de kleine dingen, zoals een glaasje bubbels bij aankomst, snackjes en gratis drankjes op de kamer, gemakkelijk voor het hotel parkeren, een kamer om nog even te douchen terwijl we al waren uitgecheckt, vonden we geweldig! Oooo en het ontbijt!! Wat een keuze. Heerlijk.
Voornamelijk de koffie bij het ontbijt. Deze kwam uit een volautomaat en de cappuccino was daardoor echt niet lekker. Erg jammer. Bij het cafe kon je wel lekkere koffie halen, maar deze was tegen betaling. Terwijl alle andere drankjes dus bij ons Star Prestige pakket inzaten. Dit was een tegenvaller.
Breakfast was amazing great choice. Helpful staff. I couldn't resist the pastries every morning. Staff efficient in every aspect of the hotel. Reception acted immediately with any query or request. Il be back next June
Nothing to dislike only I would have liked to pay as I go with bar drinks or poolside snacks instead of running up a bill to the room at the end

The room was clean.
Booking.com and the hotel are engaging in false advertising. The website gives the impression that guests have access to all of the resort's pools; however, upon arrival, we discovered that there is only one large, overcrowded pool available to regular guests. Access to the other pool areas is restricted to Star Prestige members.
In all of my travels and hotel stays around the world, I have never experienced anything like this. I raised the issue with Booking.com, and they agreed that the property was not being advertised accurately. While they offered a small credit, it did little to make up for the disappointment. We paid over $2,000 for a four-night stay for our honeymoon, and had we known the reality of the resort beforehand, we would have chosen a different property.
I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others. The surrounding area is also quite tacky, and the "partial ocean view" is misleading. In reality, you are looking directly at other hotels, and only if you look far enough into the distance can you catch a glimpse of the ocean
I had a very enjoyable stay at Iberostar Selection Sábila. The customer service was excellent throughout, and Magali was particularly helpful in resolving an issue I had upon arrival, which was greatly appreciated.
The food was very good, with plenty of choice, and the pool area was lovely and well maintained. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and comfortable at all times.
The hotel also organised a variety of activities throughout the day, which helped keep me entertained. My favourite was the water Zumba, which was great fun.
Another feature I particularly appreciated was the water fountains located throughout the hotel.
Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend the hotel, for anyone looking for a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.
Guests have to pay an additional fee to use the sauna. While I completely understand charging extra for spa treatments, I feel that access to basic wellness facilities should be included as standard in a five-star hotel.
The gym was small but clean and great, with everything functional and many high-end technogym brand facilities, temperature was managed well; the central buffet has fewer live-cooking spots than other 5-stars but the food was more delicately made and delicious; staff were very warm and friendly in general; rooms were very clean; you got glass bottles in your room and can refill as much as water anytime you need
The receptionists kept forgetting about our request and we had to call a couple of times, maybe because of business; cleanliness of the mainpool can be improved. Around meal time you need to wait for a bit long for the elevator, better to just use the stairs. At nights the music from the bars around was a bit too loud, but considering it's close to lots of restaurants and bars (good and bad) this is also understandable
