Hygenie (4 kakkerlakken gevonden), hotel gaf na een paar dagen als alternatief een kamer op een hogere etage met waterschade aan de muren. Op de laatste dag zelfs hierover geklaagd, er was niemand die ons te woord wilde staan of überhaupt enige tegemoetkoming wilde aanbieden. Zwembad had minimale faciliteiten, bedden waren erg hard. Op de foto’s van de geboekte kamer staat een bad met handdouche, deze was niet aanwezig, badkamer verouderd maar ook de kamers. Complimenten alleen voor de portiers want deze waren wel superaardig.

Dans l’ensemble, un établissement bien situé et avec un personnel très agréable, mais qui gagnerait à être modernisé.
Pros:

Établissement très bien situé, à proximité du métro, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer. Le personnel est également très sympathique, accueillant et disponible.

Cons:

L’établissement est assez vieillot et mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. La salle de bain est vraiment peu pratique et pourrait être améliorée pour offrir davantage de confort.

1980 comunist style hotel with its advantages and disadvateges.
Pros:

Location is not bad, but not ideal. If you want a quiet hotel away from the craziness of Sukhumvit rush, location is just about 10 minutes walk from the busy and entertaining main road, yet a few nice restaurants are around and a good Thai massage salon just across the street. Hotel is old and the few pics on the hotel site that look nice are renovated but the price is double. the regular room is with old furniture, mould, and needs serious repairs. The bed is pretty firm but personally I like it this way. Breakfast is not great containing a lot of Asian food which I am not found of. The staff barely speaks English with a few exceptions and they are elder people that seem pretty unhappy with their job and they very rarely smile. The bellboy was a great exception being super friendly and nice.

Cons:

The room is very old with broken parquet, mould, hallway corridor has a carpet that smells mould and the walls are full of mould. Door locks use an ancient card that is only one per room. If needed and extra one you will be provided a physical key. The wall between rooms are very thin and you can literally hear everything your neighbor is doing, and considering the national sport in Bangkok being adult centered a lot transcends through the walls. We advise you to get 10th floor (renovated floor) or 16 floor for non renovated but at least it is high e Pugh to not hear the street noise (especially if you get a room with a view on the back side of the hotel.

An der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen.Der Service war top. Das Essen war lecker und die Menschen einfach freundlich.Haben uns immer beim Endgegen gehen begrüßt gefragt ob alles gepasst hat.Diesen Hotel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Cons:

Ich empfehle das man bei dem Fitnessraum einpasst Geräte erneuert und den Pool einbisschen wärmer richtet.
