Excellent functional hotel with lovely staff and comfy bed.
Pros:

Excellent functional hotel in le puy that served well for preparing for the Camino du puy. The staff was so kind and helpful. I had a big suitcase and was incredibly grateful for the elevator. They even offered to keep my suitcase while I walked four days. Staff was so friendly. Room was spotless and bed super comfortable. Excellent location near the beautiful park for strolls in the morning and evening. Away from the sometimes chaotic central part of le puy but only five minutes walk and an easy walk to the cathedral to start the GR65.

Cons:

The only thing yo be aware of is that the hotel faces the street. I had a side room that did not have much street noise, and that was fine.

Pros:

J ai aimé l emplacement pour la ville. Vous pouvez faire des restaurants, visiter la ville à pied. Pas loin aussi pour que je puisse voir un membre de ma famille. J ai apprécié de discuter avec les femmes qui vous nettoient la chambre je leur remercie, elles font un excellent travail et quand on pose une question aux personnels ils vous répondent facilement. Les bouteilles d eaux dans le frigo c est appréciable.

Cons:

Les bruits des voitures quand vous ouvrez la fenêtre pour aller au balcon. Dommage qu il n y a pas de clim ou au moins un ventilateur dans la chambre car il fait très chaud.

Pros:

We had a very comfortable room, the location was great, easy walking distance to the town and the buffet breakfast was good.

Cons:

We only looked at properties with air-conditioning due to the current heat wave but the air-conditioning unit in our room only appeared to operate as a fan that itself got hot and just circulated hot air in the room. We would have been cooler by just opening the window - our room felt to be several degrees hotter that the corridors, reception and breakfast area. Maybe the unit was broken as it did beep when you pressed the cooler button - if we'd stayed more than 1 night we would have spoken to the staff about it.
