Pros:

I have stayed here before and like the hotel and the location. It was as good as previous visits.

I will stay here again. It is affordable and I love its location

Its location was fabulous. I was on the 17th floor. It was fairly quiet.

I would have liked access to an express breakfast special. For example a coffee and a muffin (or a croissant) for a reasonable price.

Excellent except access to Lambton Quay for anyone with mobility issues.
Pros:

The location so close to Lambton Quay.

Cons:

I was accompanied by an aged person with mobility issues. We went to Lambton Quay via an escalator but, when we wanted to return to the hotel, the only access was via a steep set of stairs (Plimmer Steps). Why is there no access from the Ground Level exit?
