Great location and view but a bit disappointed with the room.
Pros:

Location was great, room generally clean and bed quite comfortable. The harbour view was lovely.

Cons:

Room was small and decor a bit tired. The shower stall could have been cleaner. Most TV stations had no sound and some no picture, so couldn't watch any Freeview stations.

Parking was so easy & so close to town, easy to get around.
The staff were friendly & helpful.
We loved the restaurant down stairs.
Great heater. Great windows/view.

Cons:

Awesome location but do not expect five stars!
Pros:

This property is very convenient! You cannot expect five stars as it is not a five star hotel but in terms of its location, you cannot beat it!
