Great location. Loved the new carpet in the room!

Cons:

T.Vs are still not working properly in the rooms (last stay it was no sound on most of them, this time we only had 4 Sky channels). This has been an issue for the last year that we have been staying here.

Our plane was delayed for a couple of days due to bad weather. We arrived here to book in manually. The Indian guy at reception told me I could only book in with booking.com not through them. Once o had paid & seen the room it was NOT as advertised & it had 2 single beds & a little roll out sofa bed & the room was half the size as described on booking.com

Once I expressed the room was unacceptable I obviously could not get a refund due to using a 3rd party.

Also there was clear mould everywhere in the shower & room service only did a half pie job each day of servicing the room.

We would never ever stay here again. TBH the guys at reception hustled us so we couldn’t turn back.
All in all we were utterly disgusted in the treatment!!!!!!

Don’t recommend anybody with family

Very bad i have to find another hotel to walk away from this asap. We were couple staying in there we couldn’t even layi down on the bed, bathroom toilet was broken and dirty they didn’t even clean the room before we go there

Every time we come, we can see the work they are doing to update the hotel.

Overall good, met my needs adequately.
Pros:

Another fine stay, having stayed a few times over the last year or so. Overall very good. Do like the breakfast options (Again - Dammit!) Good location for my needs this time (Stadium).

Cons:

Couple of things were disappointing. Seemed to lose Wi-fi several times, both the Guest option, and the Complimentary option. Elevator sometimes felt like it took an eternity to move (OK real world was probably 10 seconds, but perception is reality). Biggest annoyance - and not the hotels fault I hasten to add - was the noise from socialising at a venue adjacent at ground level. Even from the 19th floor, the volume was overwhelming on the Friday night, and not such better the Saturday night. Never experienced before on previous stays, so maybe just unlucky this time - or maybe the side of the building matters.
