For the price I expected more

Cons:

There wasn’t any air conditioning, couldn’t control room temp, windows dont open and room was stuffy. There was carpeting in the room and it just seemed very dated.

Easy check-in and convenient - and very clean - parking garage for my partner who drove to Montreal.

Cons:

Pillows! We like flatter pillows and these were hard on our necks because they were too thick.

Clean hotel with easy access and parking
Pros:

Staff were friendly and the paid on site parking was super easy . Location was close to the metro and to a few restaurants and a grocery store and the pharmacy just up the block

Cons:

Requested a high floor room via booking but received a room on the second floor right about the parking garage entrance so there was a lot of street noise. Feels like despite my request I was given the exact opposite.

Retenues de la caution non remboursées jusqu'à ce jour. J'ai été débité même dans la carte qu'ils avaient au préalable refusé. J'attends toujours des réponses à ce fait.
